Property is centrally located to all beaches, restaurants, entertainment, stores, St. Petersburg and Tampa. Closest beach 2.5 miles. The house has a private astroturf backyard, huge, covered patio deck that wraps around the saltwater heated pool, hot tub, fire pit and a private lake! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located Tropical Paradise.

-Regarding early check ins and late check outs: Due to short turnaround time between departing guests and arriving guests, there is a need to ensure that the house is up to our standards, your expectations and in compliance with Covid-19 cleaning protocols. Therefore, it is very difficult to accommodate late check outs and early check ins, however, when possible, we will do our best to accommodate such requests.

Plenty of room for the whole family!

The property was just was photographed! Perfect amount of room for my extended family of eight. The outdoor area was absolutely great, we ended up spending a couple of days at the property instead of going to the beach!

Girls Trip to Florida

Place was as pictured but pool was unusable as the heater was malfuncted according to the host so for entire stay the kids were unable to use the pool and the neighbor had a radio blaring between the fence most of our stay and often had people shining lights into the fenced area after dark but overall was easy to get to area beaches and places to eat. The house was roomy and looked like the pictures. Would give 5 stars if the pool was available to use as that is why we booked this house.

What a great stay! The host have put small touches everywhere and really thought of everything that you could needee while on vacation. From the beach amenities in the shed, sunscreen, extra sunglasses, unlimited kitchen supplies, kids activities and the unlimited recommendations on places to go in the area.

Beautiful home and perfect location

The home is as pictured! Beds are super comfy, kitchen is fully equipped, pool and hot tub were cleaned weekly (we stayed a month) and the backyard was our regular hangout! Homeowner was so easy to communicate with and very responsive! Will definitely stay here again!

A true tropical 🌴 paradise

This home is spectacular and perfect for a family gathering! The beds are so comfortable and home has a great decor! The pool area is amazing and hot tub a favorite! The host is responsive and great communication.. would highly recommend this beautiful home. We had such a great visit and cannot wait to return again soon :)

Wonderful house

This house was so cheerfully decorated and clean. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beds were comfortable and pool area was fantastic. We were surprised there was almost no traffic heading to the beach, stores and restaurants. Great location to all. Thank you for having us!

Family vacation

I cannot recommend this vacation home highly enough. The house is beautifully decorated and the host provided almost everything we needed for our beach vacation, including beach chairs, sunscreen , towels, toys, coolers, and even a beach wagon. It is close to several beaches but the pool and hot tub are also great if you decide to stay home.It was our first trip to Clearwater and Grazina made it a great experience!

Our group of 8 had a great stay at this house. Super easy and short drive to beach. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Kitchen had everything we needed. The whole house was well equipped. Only thought is that large groups might want to bring a few extra towels. Thank you again!!!!!!

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay in Seminole. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and it is close to a lot of things-restaurants, beaches, the walking trail. It had everything we needed. Everyone, including our grandchildren, really enjoyed the heated pool. The large dining area was also a plus for us. Our host was very informative before we arrived with a whole brochure of information about the area and she was also very responsive to our questions and needs.Thank you for helping us have a very nice family vacation.

Great family trip

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. Four beautiful bedrooms for three adult children and three grands. The house and pool were immaculate, house had a great Florida “vibe” and we had all we needed. Grazina, home owner, was attentive to all our needs. She had pool floats ready for the kids and info for all we wanted for our vacation. I’ll be back!
