Newly constructed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in Central Park Neighborhood district. Ideal location for walking downtown to enjoy the many boutiques and quaint restaurants or go the opposite direction 5 blocks to OSU campus. This modern version of a vintage home has a master bedroom suite on the main level, 3 bedrooms and 1 additional room on the 2nd floor (entertainment room) and an open concept living room, dining room (seats up to 9) and modern kitchen.

An amazing place, close to restaurants and bars, the Saturday Market, the river and more. The house was immaculate and so comfortable for our group. Highly recommended!

Home away from Home

This home exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful, spacious, very clean and close to everything in Corvallis. Beverly was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this home to anyone and will definitely stay here again whenever we are in Corvallis:)

OSU Parent

Beverly went above and beyond for our week long stay. We had a delivery of 6 large boxes that had important medical supplies and she moved them into the house before our arrival. The home is beautiful and immaculately clean. The location was perfect to access the OSU campus and the town of Corvallis. We look forward to future stays here for sure.

Best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The property was literally spotless and had everything we might possibly need. Location is fantastic, property management is top notch. A MUST stay in Corvallis - we will be back!

Fantastic Home, Great Location

Beautiful new home, very well appointed and well located. With two en-suite bedrooms, it was great for our large gathering of two families. Beverly was a wonderful host.

Very nice home / central location

Home was very nice. Host Beverly was accomodative of late arrival and the home was cery clean. We had a great stay. Home was centrally located on quiet street - easy to get around the valley, OSU, UO. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect!

The house is very nice and very clean. It’s in the perfect location to walk to campus or downtown for dinner. The kitchen is really well stocked and Beverly is incredibly helpful!

Great home

Kids had a gymnastics camp at osu and found the place to meet all of our needs and then some. Very comfortable and clean. Perfect location between campus and downtown. Would recommend and stay again!

Spacious and beautiful home

This home had plenty of space and was a comfortable home to spend the weekend! Everything was very clean and lots of nice amenities to make the stay a great experience. Lots of driveway parking.

Wrestling Camp at OSU

Great clean property with good location to downtown and OSU campus. We were a group of coaches at a summer camp and it was nice having good AC and being able to walk to everywhere we needed to go.

What a wonderful property and property manager. We stayed for a long weekend while visiting our son at OSU and could not have been happier w our stay. Everything was excellent...the communication w the property manager, the bedrooms, the kitchen, the furnishings and everything was immaculate! Lovely place to stay

The property was as advertised, spacious, very clean, had everything we needed. Its location could not have been better, within walking distance to Central Park, the Arts Center, and downtown restaurants. Beverly, our host, was very generous, friendly, and informative. And the Corvallis weather was wonderful.

Spacious and Spotless

Our family of five visited Corvallis for my father-in-law's celebration life. The size of the house was more than ample for 5 adults. It is a quiet and peaceful home. We loved drinking tea on the front porch each morning. We would definitely stay there again.
