Sundown Lodge in McMillan MI
Located in the beautiful eastern UP of Michigan where four seasons of adventure await you. This 2400 sq ft home has plenty of space for large families/friends to gather. In the heart of McMillan near the intersection of M-28 and County Rd 415. A few feet from local park/playground and a 10 min ride from some of the most accessible snowmobile/ORV trails located in the UP. Minutes drive from restaurants/local grocery/gas/amenities. Ultra quiet. Private indoor parking. Detached studio apt available for rent as well.
Full kitchen with all amenities. Oven/range, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, pots and pans, bakeware, dinnerware, drinkware, utensils, charcoal grill. 2 TV’s with DVD player and DVD’s. Whole house auto start backup generator to keep the power on during frequent power outages in the UP. Fire pit with seating, picnic table, and yard are shared spaces with studio guests.
Private parking. Private garage space for cars, snowmobiles, ORV’s, boats, RV’s, kayaks, and all your favorite outdoor adventure toys. Road is plowed year round. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers as well.
