Welcome to Carolyn’s Beach House! This cute & beachy home wonderfully located within 1/2 mile of Southport’s downtown shops, restaurants and the waterfront on the Cape Fear River and Intracoastal Waterway. This cozy home is a place to relax, unwind and create memories with family and friends.
The space
Carolyn’s Beach House is a newly remodeled spacious three-bedroom home. That features a master bedroom with a queen size bed and adjustable base, TV with Roku. Second bedroom also with a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. An entertainment room for lots of family fun, big screen smart TV, game table with popular games & books to read. Whether you are taking in Southport’s pier watching dolphins passing Ships and Ferry’s, enjoying the view of the Oak Island light house and Bald Head Island or casting a fishing line. If the beach is more your style, you are in luck. The clean, family oriented, white sand beaches of Oak Island are a quick 10-minute ride from the home. We look forward to hosting your stay.

Weekend get away.

Cute house with everything we needed for the weekend. Location is about a mile from downtown you can walk or rent a golf cart. We drove since we had a 1 year old. Would definitely stay again!!

A fun week!!

We so enjoyed our stay in Southport NC. The house had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. It was close to the beach, good restaurants and close to my family. Stacey was so helpful with the TV when we wanted to watch the Super Bowl. We were so grateful for that assistance. I hope others enjoy it as much as we did!!!

Southport House

Overall, the property was clean and met our needs. We were a little surprised that it was heavily advertised as walkable to Southport shopping and attractions. It may be walkable for teens and adults in cooler temperatures. It is not walkable for strollers near heavy traffic in hot temperatures. We did appreciate the long driveway that accommodated two cars.

My wife, I, & 4 kiddos live in ILM, NC. When my wife & I have an opportunity to go somewhere for a long weekend away from said kiddos, we absolutely take that opportunity. Southport, among a couple other close, coastal spots, is a go-to, for sure. We have stayed in several places in SPT, NC, and this property was top-notch! We always bring our bikes, park the truck wherever we are staying and pedal everywhere around town. We don’t get in the truck until we have to leave. The bikes get us everywhere! We covered 30+ miles this trip, Fri-Sun, on beach cruisers. Carolyn’s Beach House is a prime-time location in SPT, NC. Lovely home with everything and anything me & my wife needed/wanted. The comm b/w the owner and ourselves was seamless. 100% would highly recommend!

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I have been coming to Southport for years. Friends of ours wanted to experience what we are always talking about, so we decided to try out this property with Stacey. Everyone had a great time all weekend. Thanks for the clean, cozy place for us to enjoy! We will be back again.
