Our home is professionally cleaned and pest-controlled. However, due to our location, you may occasionally notice outdoor insects or small wildlife (such as ants, spiders, flies, or squirrels).
This is common in the area and not unusual for homes in similar environments. If anything concerns you during your stay, please let us know and we’ll gladly assist.

Our home is located in a lived-in residential neighborhood. While it is generally peaceful, you may occasionally hear normal neighborhood sounds such as nearby pets, traffic, or lawn care.

Hi there! We are Bryce and Callie and were excited to host you! It all started in 2012 when we bought our first home, then we became famous! Nah, not really. BUT our first home, "The Sensible Safari" was featured on HGTV House Hunters when we were newly married. I think Bryce was hooked on homes after that. We've since moved 7 times in the last 9 years and built up our experience as home owners, DIY-ers, property managers, parents, landlords, and now short term rental managers. All along the way moving with us our Alaskan Malamute and growing family. We’re passionate about our homes because we’ve lived in most of them and have created memories with our friends and families.
