What makes this property unique
The owner James and Judy live and have lived in the Mountains of Utah and Colorado. Many of our clients are in the Rocky Mountains. Our Tiny house, ITH and its contractors, Stuetz Mountain Resort (and our friends and hosts: Samuel & Tammy Stuetz) are all in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. We did discovery of the roots and family history of Incredible Tiny Homes "ITH" founder Randy Jones and his employees. Our business is the finding and discovering of genealogy and family history. We love Tiny Homes and support ITH vision.
