Maximum of 3 people in this unit (2 adults and one child) Renter must be atleast 23 years old per Condo Association Rules. queen size Murphy bed, with a new memory gel mattress. Futon opens up to a full size bed. Use it as a comfy couch with the ottoman, or slide the ottoman under for extra room. Or put it flat to make a full size bed. On site parking, private WIFI, cable TV, and phone service included. Small pool on property. Pets are NOT allowed.NO SMOKING in the units.

This studio has direct beach front views and is 389 sq ft. The building has wooden steps to the beach directly in front of this unit. Whether you look left, right, or straight ahead the ocean is what you see. Don’t be fooled by misleading ads. There is a limited number of units in the building (12) that have balconies that directly face the ocean, and this is one of them! Don’t be disappointed, If comparing listings, always ask if the unit is DIRECT VIEW OCEANFRONT. Why look at the ocean from a side balcony, when you can rent the real thing! Besides linens and bath towels, Beach chairs, beach towels, beach tent, beach mats, and a beach umbrella are included in unit for your exclusive use. 10x10 canopy available upon request(stored off property). In addition to cable tv, HBO/Max (just added 8/22), Netflix, Prime channels, and Pandora available. We intend to provide you with the best rental experience possible!
We don’t utilize a property management company. We want your experience to be personal and perfect, so we are directly involved in all aspects of our rental property. We have a Minut, a excessive noise monitoring system (measures decibels not conversations). Smart lock with your own code for access to your studio. Contactless check-in. On -site security. Property mgr has security camera at entrance to parking lot, and at pool area. Event rates may apply during 'raceweek' and 'bikeweek.' Please contact me for any possible modified 'event' week dates you would like, either longer or shorter. Bikeweek requires minimum of 4 nites. This requirement is negotiable. Discounts available for monthly stays.
