Located on the 8th floor with easy elevator access. Balcony overlooks the pool & direct Ocean view and river view from condo entrance. Full kitchen w/ceramic tile floor, refrigerator w/ice maker, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware. Master bedroom with private bath, vanity and Roman tub. Walk-in closet, king size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, dresser & two nightstands. Second bedroom queen size bed w/pocket door bathroom access and ceiling fan. Spacious closet, dresser and two night stands. Secured coded entry. Living room includes leather furniture, flat screen smart & eat-in bar with four bar stools. Dining area includes table & seating for four. Cable TV, Internet & wireless access.

Our vacation rental was very clean and well supplied it took care of all our needs and our host was wonderful with great communication. The beach view was fantastic we would love to stay again but next time even longer.

I have stayed at this condo several times over the years. Teresa is a wonderful host the condo location is perfect close enough to all Daytona you can experience all it has to offer and far enough away you don't even know anything is happening, relaxing and peaceful perfect getaway.

Condo very outdated, food left in refrigerator. Not appealing. Only stayed one night. Bed was fine but didn’t want to try the shower in master bedroom. The shower door looked like it would break if I touched it.

The condo has an amazing view and the balcony was pretty much our favorite spot. Kitchen was well equipped so we cooked multiple family meals while we were here. Perfect location for quiet while still close to Daytona Beach. Good and quick communication with our host!Only caution would be for dog owners- because dogs are not permitted beach access here, and sidewalk construction was significant in April 2026, walking her several times a day was difficult. Once sidewalks are accessible again, this should not be a problem.

I was told there was underground parking with a remote. There wasn’t. The WiFi was down more than half the time we stayed there. The television is through the WiFi so no television for two days. When we contacted the host, she twice asked us to contact the internet provider. That’s her job!!! The host never tried to reimburse us for the issues.
