The Pré Bord micro-gîte

Need to recharge your batteries? At an altitude of 600 metres, in the heart of the Monts de la Madeleine and a stone's throw from the Bourbonnais Mountain, the micro-gîte du Pré Bord offers you its tranquillity and its preserved setting.
On the ground floor of the barn of this old farm, you will be perfectly installed to enjoy the view of the valley and the farmyard. Designed in a spirit of simplicity, entirely built of wood, the micro-gîte offers you everything you need for a disconnected stay in the middle of nature.

The accommodation
The gîte is located in our barn, in the immediate vicinity of our house. You have perfect autonomy of access. The comfort conditions are ideal for 2 people, however it can accommodate up to 4 people (at no extra cost). It is not suitable for festive stays.

It is composed of:
- a large room with a sleeping area on the mezzanine (1 double bed 140), a sofa bed and a kitchen/dining area,
- a shower room,
- separate DRY TOILETS,
- a large wooden terrace on which it is possible to eat, laze on a deckchair...
- access to the garden.
The cottage is equipped with Wi-Fi. Random 4G access, depending on operator.
Cleaning is included in the rental fee.

Located on the ground floor, the Pré Bord micro-gîte is not suitable for people with disabilities or mobility problems. Access to the mezzanine is via a miller's staircase which requires supervision of children.
The entire site is fed by a spring: the water is of high quality but precious, which means that it should be used soberly!

Other remarks
The site is an old farm, there are many animals: cats, dogs, farmyard animals depending on the season, bees...

Possibility of picnic, basket from the vegetable garden and/or local products on reservation.

We are located less than 10 km from the village of Renaison which has a supermarket, a hall, a butcher, several bakeries, a wine shop and a market (on Saturday mornings). Wine lovers will also find several wine estates here.
Vichy is a 50-minute drive away.
