Wonderful Stay

I really enjoyed our stay and it worked out wonderfully for most of our needs. Clean, entertaining and large. A cheaper BBQ option would have helped with the delicious smells coming from other BBQ's. Additionally, the community is overly quick to give out penalty notices. Apparently the garbage is over-full, when you forget to close it all the way or if the last poeple 's trash hasn't yet been collected.

Comfortable home but needs urgent deep clean!

House was not completely cleaned. Garage game room had not been vacuumed or tables cleaned. Did not use the garage game room - flooring needs replacing (trip hazard) and needed cleaning. Floors & carpets had not been vacuumed in the home. Bathrooms were clean. Crumbs under the kitchen table from previous rental. Baseboards in the whole home were dirty & very dusty - there was no deep clean for a while! Carpets on the stairs stained & very dirty & old (need to replace). Beds were clean & comfortable. Nice white fluffy towels. Great washer & dryer. Well equipped kitchen.

Softball Spring Break

We chose this property because of it's location and the ammenities fit what we were looking for. We did not pay for heating the pool but it seemed that it was not working properly. The pump would come on for a short time in the morning and then be off. The water was stagnant and turning green. I called to adk about the water level (it was low and dropping everyday) was told to put the garden hose in to fill it up. Someone came by on Thursday and added chemicals and adjusted the pump. By Friday it was clear water and running smooth. Also, the grill is locked. I don't remember seeing where there was an extra charge to use the grill or why it would be locked. Overall very nice place...lots of room and we would stay here again.

Great location, had lots of potential, needs some TLC!

This house really had potential to be great! Location is perfect, neighborhood is nice, restaurants and shopping close by, but it desperately needs some TLC. The carpet going up the stairs needs to be replaced, the entire house needs a deep cleaning and better management. Communication with property management company was good in that they were very responsive, however proper timely action did not follow. We had paid for the pool to be heated. Like another reviewer had experienced, the pool was half empty, dirty and cold when we arrived. Why wasn’t that setup prior to our arrival? We paid $350 for it! We used the hose to fill it ourselves and immediately notified the company. After multiple back and forths, 3 days later the heater was finally turned on! We also had problems with the AC as we kept getting an error on the thermostat saying it wasn’t working and it was uncomfortably warm, especially when trying to sleep. They kept checking it remotely but again after multiple back and forths and us saying it needed to be checked, someone came. Although it seemed to be running for 2 days after, the unit simply does not have enough power to properly cool the house plus the error came back. At this point we, purchased a few box fans and dealt with it because we were near the end of our stay.

Large and spacious home. It was great for our family with the in-laws to have our own space and yet still have several places to connect with one another in. Owners were responsive to questions and were quick to respond when we had an unavoidable issue like the smoke detector battery going off—good news for future guests it won't be going off again for a long time! We appreciate the quick response and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Great distance from Disney!

Improvements Needed

Our stay wasn't as good as we hoped for. The air at night was horrible. The last 2 nights it was 77-79 degrees and we were super uncomfortable. This was one of the worst sleeps I've had to be honest. I tried reaching out to get help and of course, couldn't. It didn't make sense why the house would be cooler during the day. The tv didn't really work well in the bedroom my husband and I stayed in. It wouldn't let us use any streaming apps, it would just turn itself off. And the tv in the living room area didn't have anything except a few boring channels so that was a blow as well. Not being able to use the hot tub sucked also. I felt like as much money that i paid for, that should have been at least included. Next time my family and I will be staying in a hotel. Unfortunately this was my first time using air bnb and safe to say, it will be my last.

Loved it but….

My whole family had a great time. The heated pool was such a treat! The villa was roomy and well appointed. But, the house was painted TWICE.. We couldn't use the pool part of several days. And three times my family stepped into wet paint on the threshold. Also there were NO wash clothes. Other than those things, we loved it and left pool noodles. Everyone has great memories to share.
