Hello, we offer for rent a recent apartment of about 40m2 nearby and overlooking the Millau Viaduct. Comprising: - 1 living room: living room (sofa, TV) + equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, gas hob, electric coffee maker, toaster...) - 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and TV - 1 bathroom with shower cubicle + WC... - 1 private terrace with table, garden chairs, barbecue and relax - Parking: free parking possibility of secure motorcycle parking. - Capacity: 2 people. We do not accept pets- Location: in a quiet residential area, 5 minutes from Millau and the Viaduct. Many activities and tourist visits nearby (Gorges du Tarn, Dourbie, Roquefort cellars, Causse du Larzac, outdoor sports: paragliding, mountain biking, hiking, canoeing...), all shops 5 minutes away (Leclerc hypermarket, bakery, tobacconist...) Price: 320€/week low season - 350 euros high season (from 01/07 to 26/08). Possibility to book 3 nights minimum. Weekly rentals generally from Saturday to Saturday. Fibre Wi-Fi available. Do not hesitate to contact us for any further information, we are at your disposal. Decreasing rate if several weeks are rented.
