This great Casco house has you steps away from Parker Pond. Swimming, kayaking, canoeing or just enjoying the beautiful views from the lounge chairs or the firepit are just out the backdoor. About 45 minutes from Portland, you can hit the restaurants, museums, & sites of that city. An hour's drive puts you in the White Mountains State Park for a gorgeous drive, scenic overlooks & hikes. The house itself is clean, roomy & comfortable with all the expected amenities -- we especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen for family meals. The host made all instructions clear & communicated in a timely way. We would not hesitate to rent again if we are in the area.
