Dream vacation in Nieblum on Föhr in exclusive, cozy cottage under thatch

Our house is about 130 qm2 large, located right in the center of the picturesque village Nieblum Fries and just a few hundred meters from the most beautiful beach section of the island, the south beach. Our cottage Nieblum holiday home sleeps up to 6 people, is exclusively equipped and impressed with its architecture as a classic Reethaus the charming style of the popular resort of Nieblum on Föhr. On 3 floors you will find 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a separate guest toilet, a large sun terrace with exclusive garden furniture, a small breakfast terrace, a landscaped garden with sun loungers and a modern wooden sauna and relaxation room. Our elegantly appointed and spacious living room with integrated kitchen offers through many windows and floor-length patio doors a perfect view into the beautiful garden. For wellness and cozy atmosphere of the open fireplace, which can be as desired closed by a disk provides.

The house is equipped with underfloor heating and all the usual modern electrical appliances (two LED TVs, CD and DVD player, washer and dryer, a dishwasher, toaster, electric stove, oven, steam oven, coffee machine and free phone and Internet , etc.).

During your stay, our guests can use the private car parking space directly outside front of the house. As our guests want to enjoy the pure and healthy sea air of Foehr, we attach particular importance to the fact that there is no smoking in the apartment. With regard to allergies, we have laid a modern wood laminate flooring and unfortunately can not accommodate pets. Our apartment is completely family friendly and offers a toy, book and DVD collection and a baby emergency equipment.

Our thatched cottage is centrally located in beautiful village of Nieblum, surrounded by mature trees, cozy Frisian restaurants and modern restaurants. Large street trees frame the front of the villa and provide cosiness and charm. From sweet to savory, the picturesque Friesendorf can also culinary nothing to be desired. In a few steps you reach the towering "Friesendom" St. Johannis. The things of daily needs are within walking distance in less than 300 meters. The 1.2 km long beach invites you with its fine sandy dream for swimming and hiking. Golf Club Fohr, one of the most beautiful courses in Germany, is just 4 km away.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, sehr gut ausgestattet und in guter Qualität.Sehr bequeme Betten, die Sauna im Keller ist ein toller Komfort Der Aussenbereich ist sehr gepflegt, allerdings sehr nah an der Terrasse des Nachbarn, was für uns kein Problem war.Die Lage ist direkt an der Straße, nachts allerdings trotzdem ruhig.Der Parkplatz ist durch die schönen, ausladenden Hortensien Büsche etwas kleiner geworden, passte aber gerade so,bei der Ausfahrt muss man ein wenig mehr auf die Radfahrer achten ,das ist aber auch kein Problem .Erwähnen sollte man die relativ steile Treppe vom Keller bis ganz oben,daran gewöhnt man sich aber schnell, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich schön und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Garten ist toll – schöne Größe, gepflegt und ideal zum Entspannen. Auch die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Besonders toll fanden wir die vielen Spielsachen für die Kinder, die für jede Menge Beschäftigung gesorgt haben.Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Der Fernseher und das Internet haben leider nicht so gut funktioniert. Trotzdem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Super-Ausstattung auch für Kinder. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Moderne Innenausstattung (Bj.2008). Ein Badezimmer, aber Ausweichmöglichkeit mit Sauna und Gästetoilette. Vollständige Terassenmöbilierung Strandkorb. Von Hecken umgebener Rasen mit genügend Sonne. Gartenhäuschen z.B. für Fahrräder. Parkplatz reicht für normale Fahrzeuglänge.Föhr ist einfach eine schöne Insel, wenn das Wetter einigermaßen mitspielt. Gastronomiekapazität etwas knapp und ziemlich teuer. R.W.

Die Unterkunft auf Föhr ist super zentral gelegen, bietet ausreichend Platz und hat einen tollen Charm. Ist modern und zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet. Hat einen Garten inklusive Terrasse, wo wir gerne gefrühstückt haben. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und gepflegt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich hervorragend.

Superlage, Superausstattung

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Zentrum von Nieblum, dem wohl schönsten Dorf auf Föhr. Kirche , Bäcker, Fischladen, Metzger, kleiner Supermarkt, Restaurants und Cafe ist alles zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Haus ist mit allem erdenklichen ausgestattet, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Strand ist ca. 1 km entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen, besonders mit Kleinkindern, da auch hier alles vorhanden ist.

Ein außergewöhnlich geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtetes Haus - noch schöner als beschrieben. Äußerst gepflegt, sehr sauber, super Ausstattung. Zentrale Lage im schönsten Ort der Insel Föhr. Alles problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt, ist selbst schuld.

Ferienhaus gesucht - Traumhaus gefunden

Gerade sind wir (3 Erw. & 1 Kind im Alter von 2 Jahren) von Föhr zurück. Hinter uns liegt ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem noch schöneren Haus, das unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen hat. Lage: Mitten im malerischen Ort Nieblum, für uns der schönste Ort der Insel. In der Nähe gibt es nicht nur ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, einen Bäcker und Metzger, sondern auch sehr schöne Restaurants und Cafés. Den Strand erreicht man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. Raumaufteilung: Die Räume verteilen sich auf im Wesentlichen auf 2 Etagen. Küche, WC, Ess- und Wohnbereich im EG, 2 Schlafräume und 1 Badezimmer im 1. OG. Außerdem steht ein ausgebauter Spitzboden als Rückzugsoase zur Verfügung. Im UG befindet sich ein weiterer Schlafraum mit 2 Betten, außerdem eine Sauna mit Dusche. Garten: Der Garten liegt nach "hinten raus" und kann nicht eingesehen werden. Auf der Terrasse lässt sich herrlich essen bzw. im Strandkorb relaxen. Im Gartenhaus stehen ein Grill und Fahrräder zur Benutzung. Ausstattung: Geschmackvoll, gediegen, mehr als komplett ... Weit über Durchschnitt!!! Miele-Küche mit Induktionskochfeld, Dampfgarer, Ofen, separatem Getränkekühlschrank. EG/UG: jeweils große Flachbild-TV. Waschmaschine & Trockner ... Ebenfalls Miele! Flottes WLAN, Kamin, DVD, Kurzum: Ausstattung, als wäre das Haus nur zur eigenen/privaten Nutzung gebaut! Organisation: Reibungslos, unkompliziert, einfach sehr freundlich! FDie Vermieter lassen den Urlaub durch eine sehr freundliche Korrespondenz mit allen wichtigen Infos bereits zu Hause beginnen. Was will man mehr? Fazit: wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Feriendomizil nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Unvergessliche Tage

Nachdem wir bereits in der wunderschönen Wohnung des Vermieters im Schloss am Meer in Wyk Urlaub machen durften, haben wir uns entschieden, mit der kompletten Familie dieses Landhaus in Nieblum in den Weihnachtsferien zu mieten. Vom ersten Tag an haben wir uns in das idyllische Nieblum verliebt und obwohl das Wetter gut war, haben wir kaum das entzückende Reethaus verlassen. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz und ist wie man es von den Vermietern kennt, sehr modern, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Es ist sehr gemütlich und das prasselnde Kaminfeuer mit einer Tasse Tee dazu war fast schon wie auf einer Postkarte. Großzügig auch, dass ausreichend Kaminholz vorhanden war. Die Sauna und sonstigen Einrichtungen waren äußerst gepflegt und das Haus absolut ruhig. Die Lage ist perfekt für alle notwenigen Besorgungen und man braucht eigentlich nur ganz selten ein Auto, was uns persönlich sehr gefallen hat. Aus der Tür heraus war man in wenigen Schritten in den verschiedenen Restaurants. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen und dann aber im Sommer, denn der Garten und die Terrasse sahen sehr schön aus. Wir haben das neue Jahr auf jeden Fall in einem Traumhaus begonnen und können es nur weiterempfehlen.
