Our house is located in a quiet area, the land is enclosed and not overlooked. You will find 1 kitchen and 1 dining room overlooking the exposed SE terrace, living room, 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom 1 wc on the ground floor and 1 bedroom with bathroom and toilet upstairs. The terrace overlooking the garden allows you to enjoy your meals, it is bordered by a small pond and extends to the pool. You will be near the forest for excursions on foot or by bike. The village center and the lake are equidistant from the house (700 m). There is a carport for 2 cars.
