4 bed 3 bath immaculate home

Our "Seascape" home 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Updated, immaculate-light filled home everything you need for a fabulous winter retreat! Updated, modern furnishings. Water views of beautiful lagoon. 2 Kayaks, oversized deck and patio. Large driveway, some garage storage permitted. Pup considered for extra fee. This 11 year old home is elevated, in 2025 we replaced all appliances with Stainless steel LG, New Quartz Counters were installed and a Zellige tile back splash. This is our home away from home and we are happy to share it with you!

Lifelong NJ residents, we love the Jersey Shore! We bought this home 5 years ago and truly cannot wait to retire to the shore one day! In the meantime, we welcome winter tenants who might be transitioning from their residence to a new stage of life and would like to enjoy a water view for the winter as they decide their next chapter.

Why they chose this property

After looking for months to find the perfect retreat for our family, this home came on the market in Spring of 2021 and we jumped at the chance to make it ours! It is immaculate, airy, light filled, comfortable - just a perfect retreat. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept.

What makes this property unique

Newly constructed 11 years ago on pylons. We renovated in 2024 adding a 4th bedroom, painted majority of interior and updated furnishings including all new appliances, quartz counters, new sectional sofa and ceiling fan in family room. Every year we update or add something to our home - it is immaculate, comfortable and has the most gorgeous sunsets.
