Outdoor amenities: two decks, gas grill, outdoor shower, three bodyboards, six beach chairs, corn hole, and plenty of furniture to gather and unwind. The property comfortably fits up to 6 cars in the private driveway. Self check-in is available via smart lock. Guests must be 25 years or older to book, and the primary renter must be present for the duration of the stay. The house is located in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood, making it the perfect spot for relaxation. Please note: In keeping with the standard practice for vacation rentals on Long Beach Island, guests are asked to bring their own bed linens and towels. No college spring breakers, house parties, or recreational drug use are permitted. There are outdoor security cameras on the property for safety.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip any used beds, place them in a clothing bin, located in laundry room. Please leave all blankets on beds. Leave the beach badges in the basket on the kitchen island. Lost badge = $60 fee.
Wash dishes or run dishwasher, clean grill & drain grease. Leaving on Sunday? Roll the bins to the road - trash pickup is Monday.
If you used the outdoor shower, please make sure the water is fully off. Return any outdoor furniture to its original spot and cover it before you leave. The sun out here is brutal.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
