The beautiful “Seepark Scharbeutz” apartment complex is located right on the beach. Bäderstraße separates the apartment complex from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the beach promenade. A pedestrian bridge provides safe access to the beach. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the Dünenmeile, which features numerous restaurants, cafes, and boutiques. Each apartment comes with its own private parking space.
