Very comfortable property in and out with unbelievable views and sensets. Extremely quiet and peaceful. Lots of space for our multi-generation family while attending a family wedding in nearby Cazenovia.

My family had a beautiful Christmastime gathering at Top of the World! The house had every amenity we could possibly need, was clean, very spacious, and even had a lovely Christmas tree and holiday decor in living room and dining room. We had a snowstorm overnight, but the driveway was nicely cleared early in the morning. Would love to stay here again!

Great place to stay

The location was great for the wedding at Camp Brockway and the after party at the Heritage Hill Brewery. The place was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed relaxing in the open living room and kitchen. It was a great gathering place, the views were just spectacular, and the host was very quick to respond to our questions. We would certainly stay there again.

Jamesville Getaway

We stayed at this lovely property for a week as we had a family wedding. The property is very big and easily accomodated our group with room to spare. The location was ideal... away from the city yet only a few minutes drive to grocery stores, gas, bank etc. Seeing the deer every evening and morning added to the peacefulness of this property.

African Violet Club Greenhouse Tour

We are 7 adult ladies that belong to the African Violet Society, we traveled from Virginia and Pennsylvania to visit a few greenhouses. This house was perfect, we were able to share meals together and sit around and catch up in the evening. There was plenty of space me. The host was amazing kept in touch with us and assisted us assistance with finding other things to do in the area. Had all the kitchen equipment needed for us to cook meals and spend time together. Would definitely stay here again if coming to upstate NY again.
