Located in New Woodstock, this holiday home is in a rural area and in the mountains. Manlius Historical Society and All Things Oz Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Land of OZ and Ends and Airborne Adventures Ballooning. Black Mamba Skate Park and The Wild Animal Park are also worth visiting. Fishing and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hunting and hiking nearby.
Our stay at the cabin at Mystic Mountain was wonderful - so clean, spacious, and had everything we needed! It was the perfect location for our family to stay for a local wedding.
This was our second stay. Everything was clean and the Cabin is in a beautiful location. We used space heaters to keep the furnace from coming on to make it quieter.
Our stay was great! The house was beautiful, clean and organized. Such a cute space for a little getaway! We loved the privacy of the property, but also how close it was to Cazenovia for a day trip. Would definitely stay again!
Enjoyed our time here. Very secluded location, which is what we were looking for. The village of Cazenovia is only about 10 minutes away for some dining and shopping options. Beautiful drives through the countryside in any direction.
As advertised. Grab bars in baths would be recommended for elderly guests. Easy drive to towns and parks. Nice hike from house up lodge road and beyond; North Country trailhead within 2 miles. Quiet environment and modern kitchen facilities were a plus.
Perfect! Stayed two nights while we visited friends in nearby Truxton. Cabin was amazing someone put a lot of work and thought to make it a very enjoyable experience. Everything from the decor to the amenities were spot on. The view from the chairs out front was so peaceful and tranquil I could see coming back from a weekend retreat. The little town of DeRuyder was great for groceries, gas bite to eat. 10/10

Good time
Nice private location. Everything was great except the oven wasn't working.
We had a wonderful time and I’m very glad we rented this home. It was very clean and lots of thoughtful amenities were present….even some Folgers coffee. Thanks! I forgot my coffee. Despite all the great things the only major negative was the odor. There’s definitely an odor that you sort of get used to after awhile. Not sure if it’s an old cat smell or a dead animal that just didn’t air out enough but overall great experience.
