The picturesque stone holiday house with swimming pool, unique combination of beauty, art and nature. It is located in a small fishing village of Vinišće, located 18 km from Trogir (center of the city of Trogir UNESCO's list of protected heritage). The sea is about 600 m or 10 minutes walk. This is a magical space where is united harmony, aesthetics and creativity. Very intimate space surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation in a pleasant atmosphere in every corner.
Harmonious, calming space with swimming pool 6,00 x 4,00 meters occupies the central area. By the pool there is outdoor kitchen (contains stove with owen, refrigerator with deep freezer and all cooking utensils) with big grill and dinning vintage table for 6 people. There is also sauna and bathroom / wc with shower.
You have two separated rooms with private bathroom with very comfortable beds 160x200 .
The bathroom contains shower, toilet and basin in nice style.
Under the gorund floor there is a spacious, authentic, living room (contains sofa bed 150 x 200, dinnig table, mini kitchen) with private bathroom.
Under the Olive Tree is a peaceful and intimate corner, naturally formed where you can enjoy the view of the bay or enjoy drinking your favorite beverage in the olive shadow watcing swallow dance and crickets songs.
Our villa is 15 - 20 minutes away from the airport
Vinisce is small fishing place with very nice beaches. There is some restaurants with traditional fish and meat dishes, bars, stores,...
You can visit many sights in the ancient, UNESCO protected town – Trogir, which is 18 kilometers away. Split, also UNESCO protected town and the second largest Croatian city, 40 kilometers away from the Villa.

Relaxed family celebration

From beginning to end communication was excellent, the villa worked fabulously for our group dynamics. The out door kitchen was well stocked with all we needed and the welcome pack hit the mark too. The pool area was fantastic and was greatly appreciated after day trips out( weather didn’t go beneath34 degrees for the whole duration of our trip) The village had everything we needed, lovely restaurants, bars, boat hire and a supermarket. Over all it was a splendid trip and Tina and Tee were excellent hosts. We will be returning.

Compact well equipped and well presented in excellent location

We have just returned home after a wonderful ten days holiday in Vinišce. The house is very well laid out, with excellent facilities and equipment - everything you could need for a fun, relaxing holiday. Tina was extremely helpful both in the check in process and with tips on places to visit in the area. The location is perfect and within easy reach of the airport and many picturesque towns, villages and beaches. Vinišce itself is a lovely little village with everything you could need...restaurants, beach, supermarket and all were good...none excellent but all were good. The area is also very beautiful and we were constantly knocked out by the views. In a nutshell, can't fault the welcome, area nor the house and we would highly recommend it for anybody.

Peaceful Break

A small but fabulous villa with everything you need for a quiet break away from everything.The Villa has two small double rooms next to the pool and a larger one below ground. All en-suite and big enough for a short break away. Four adults comfortably stayed in the villa. The outdoor kitchen took some getting used to but had everything you needed. A 10min walk down to the beach, restaurants and shops. A great place to hire a boat to explore all the islands. Fabulous communication with Tina throughout with recommendations of where to shop, park, hire a boat and eat. The little kitten that visited daily was an added bonus. All in all a real find and I would definitely recommend anyone to stay if they want peace and quiet to unwind.

Alle Fotos und Angaben entsprechen genau der Anzeige. Die Outdoorküche ist Mega, wir haben es sehr genossen. Die kleine Wohnung im Kellergeschoss haben wir nicht gebraucht, es gibt ja noch 2 Schlafzimmer. Der Pool ist perfekt und sauber. Der Vermieter sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Der Weg zum Wasser ist nur 10 min. Der Ort selbst ist klein und langezogen. Es gibt tatsächlich nur 4-5 Restaurants, 1 Eisdiele/Cafe , einen kleinen Supermarkt, 1 Shop und einen Bäcker. Die Promenade ist aber echt super und erstreckt sich über die ganze Bucht.

Eine kleine Oase

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das kleine Anwesen liegt am Rande des Ortes Vinišće mit einem Rundumschutz durch eine hohe Mauer. Die getrennten Zimmer nebst eingehauster Aussenküche bieten viel Platz und Ruhe, um die Sonne und den Pool genießen zu können. Das Meer und die Strandpromenade sind super. Es fehlt nur etwas Schatten und das Besteck ist knapp. Aber wir wurden sehr nett mit Wein und Knabberzeug empfangen und Tina war für uns ein zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner. Wir möchten wiederkommen! Das Meerü

An accommodation with a nice feeling!

The house is beautifully situated at the foot of the mountain and on the hill above the village of Vinisce. Perfectly located within walking distance to the sea and beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. We stayed in the house for 11 nights and did not have a car but that was really no problem. The property itself consists of beautiful stone houses and frames the courtyard with its pool and patio. Best place was kitchen and outdoor dining area! A practical small kitchen with most things that may be needed when cooking, even a small dishwasher is available. Here we spent many evenings with both home-cooked food or with food from the nearby restaurants. The sleeping quarters are divided into several buildings, 2 double rooms in one wing and one room in the main building downstairs. The wing building's rooms were simply but tastefully decorated with new nice showers in each room. The room in the main building felt large and airy, even though it was downstairs and lacked large windows. The rooms were cleaned halfway into our stay, sheets and towels were changed. The cleaning girls very efficient and helpful. The hostess Tea is responsive and really wants her guests to enjoy themselves, but certainly not intrusive or so. Vinice's location is perfect for boat trips and we can warmly recommend that you rent a boat for at least a few days to discover the fantastic archipelago that is out there.

Lovely cottage within walking distance of lovely seafront village

We had a great 10 day family holiday in a lovely house in a great location. The village on the seafront is only a short stroll from the house and we eat out at local bars/restaurants each night. There are may picturesque bays nearby which we visited by boat. Trogir is about 30 mins away by car and is well worth a visit as is the Krka national park for a day trip.

Erholsame Ferien

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool. Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns sogar ein Willkommensgeschenk aus Wein, Olivenöl, Keksen und frischen Tomaten gemacht. Es ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Ort Vinisce ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt und sehr schön.

Très agréable séjour !

Très belle semaine dans ce have de paix. Tout y est pour que vous vous y sentiez bien : jolie maison très propre avec une piscine entretenue tous les 2 jours, une propriétaire adorable qui se soucie si votre séjour se déroule bien, et un équipement parfait pour 4 personnes. On n'a pas envie d'en repartir ;-) Location à recommander.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben hier eine Woche verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb des Ortes was den Vorteil hat, das es absolut ruhig ist. Alles ist nicht von außen einsehbar und man kann komplett entspannen. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Außenküche ist Gold wert, da der Sitzplatz bei jedem Wetter (ja auch in Kroatien gibt es Regen) genutzt werden kann. Die Zimmer sind klein und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles ist sauber macht einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful and relaxing

We had a brilliant stay in Vinisce, Tea’s house is beautiful, it’s a very well planned space, tastefully furnished and very clean. It was great having the pool although the sea is so lovely for swimming in so we spent most days at the beach. Tea was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Vinisce is a pretty little fishing village with a lovely beach, some great little places to eat and very friendly, helpful locals . The only note I would make is that the 2 bedrooms are right next to the pool and I would have been worried if our children were any younger. The living area with the sofa bed is quite separate (across pool courtyard and downstairs) from the other 2 bedrooms and too far for a child to sleep separately. I would highly recommend this property for a family or group of 4 with children over 5 years old.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Das Ferienhaus hat 3 eigenständige Schlafzimmer mit Bad, eine Sauna und ein Außenbad. Die Küche befindet sich auch außen und hat eine super Ausstattung mit Grill und Herd sowie Fernseher. Der Pool war klasse und sehr sauber, eine Wohnung ist im Keller u d von Natur aus kühl, die anderen beiden sind klimatisiert. Es war alles sehr sauber und vor allem alles mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, wenn man mehr als 7 Tage bleibt wird auch gereinigt, der Poolboy kommt 3x in der Woche. Die Vermieter waren sehr sehr freundlich und immer filfsbereit bei allen Fragen (Englisch). Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es auch Öl, Schnäpse, Wein als eigener Herstellung, sehr schöne Geste! Im Ort gibt es einige schöne Restaurants, am Meer ist man in ca 10 Minuten den Berg runter. Zum Ort selbst gibt es aus Marina eine Straße, die 7,5 km hat und einmal über den Berg führt, diese Zeit muss man auf jeden Fall einplanen, wenn man einen größeren Einkauf oder Ausflüge machen will. Im Ort selbst gibt es aber auch einen täglich geöffneten kleinen Supermarkt.

Wir haben die Zeit in dem Haus sehr genossen. Die Begrüßung durch Mate und Mia war sehr freundlich und wurden mit Willkommensgeschenken (Schnaps, Feigen, Wein und Olivenöl) überrascht . Auch wenn man mal Unterstützung braucht, stehen Mia und Tea einen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Dafür ein großes Dankeschön. Ich kann dieses Haus und die Vermieterin absolut empfehlen.

Amazing villa is quiet picturesque sea front village

The villa is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy to stay in the villa or explore the area - Marina, Krka National Park, Primosten, Trogir and Split - all within an hours drive. Tea and family were very friendly and extremely helpful. Perfect place to stay.

Wer Ruhe sucht findet hier ein kleines Paradies

Das schöne Natursteinhaus ist nahezu uneinsichtbar umgeben von einer Natursteinmauer. Man findet Ruhe inmitten von Olivenheinen. Es ist auch nachts sehr ruhig und wir haben in den Betten, mit den sehr guten Matratzen, wunderbar geschlafen. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Urlaub findet draußen statt, da es nur eine Außenküche gibt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und kümmern sich um alles. Vinisce ist ein malerisches Fischerdorf in ca. 5 Minuten Laufzeit zu erreichen. Dort kann man einkaufen und essen gehen oder bei einem Eis am Meer sitzen.
