Our family of 11 (6 adults, 5 children) stayed here for 5 days in July. It is a beautiful home with a well stocked kitchen, nice, clean furniture, and plenty of games and places to spread out and play. The outside was definitely the highlight for us. Most of our time was spent in the pool, playing games in the green space, and sitting outside when it was cool enough. We used the outside kitchen a lot as well. The kids (both young and old) loved the water slide and hot tub.I would love to give it a "5," but can't due to an issue with the air conditioning. We noticed the upstairs was warm the first night, but, thought it was due to the heat outside and being set at a high temperature. When we woke up the next day, the temp had climbed even warmer. It continued to get warmer each day despite the property management company turning the air down. It got up to 88 degrees and we eventually had to move two children out of one roomfor the last 3 nights. It was very uncomfortable and we weren't able to spend any time up there at all. We basically had a one level home. On the last day/evening there was an HVAC company that worked until 9:15 to fix the problem of the frozen pipes. The owners were only willing to give us 7% to compensate for the heat, the inconvenience and our last day having men in and out of the house. We feel after spending this much , the compensation should have more The PM company was great, but, I am not happy with the owner.
