The location next to the river is in Palaco Grande, nicknamed the “Gold Coast” of Cape Coral where you can watch dolphins, rays and fish play from the comfort of your deck chair. Don't forget to hop on one of the bikes to explore this beautiful quiet neighborhood or take one of the kayaks for a canal ride.

Walk down to the private dock under the Tiki Hut to fish, sun bathe or simply read a book. The home is also close to golf, great restaurants, shopping and outlet malls. At days end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here poolside on your private lanai, enjoying the breathtaking Sunsets while sipping a beverage, grilling a steak or sampling southern Florida fresh seafood.
