Dream finca Pau Verd in Santanyi - tranquility near the city & beach
The Finca (built 2013) is situated on a plot of approximately 40,000 sqm, of which 20,000 sqm belong to the property. It was fully renovated in 2026. Thanks to a gentle hillside position, the terrace offers a unique panoramic view of the surrounding landscape, and you enjoy complete peace and quiet with no immediate neighbours. Nevertheless, the charming town of Santanyí with its many shops and restaurants is just a 10-minute walk away.
The Finca consists of two separate sections: the 170 sqm rental area, and a privately used section with its own entrance, which is neither occupied nor accessible during rental periods.
The rental area is designed in a rustic Mallorcan style, was fully renovated in 2026, and features 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), 1 spacious fully equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms, and several terraces around the house and pool (approx. 50 sqm), as well as a large built-in barbecue area with seating.
The property is environmentally friendly: water is supplied via a private well with excellent water quality, underfloor heating, hot water and electricity are provided by a large solar installation. Free internet is available via Starlink (Wi-Fi).
The beautiful natural coves and beaches of S'Amarador / Mondragó are 10 minutes away, the bays of Cala Santanyí and Es Llombards 5–10 minutes, and the kilometres-long dream beach Es Trenc just 20 minutes. Cala Figuera with its charming fishing harbour is 5 km away.

Herrlich ruhig und doch angebunden
Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert, mit viel Platz. Die Details eines kompletten Haushalts haben nicht gefehlt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut!

Kleines Juwel!
Die Finca Pau Verd ist ein kleines Schmuckstück, idyllisch im Nirgendwo und trotzdem ist man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten im Ortskern von Santanyi. Die Finca bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt, einschließlich einer vollausgestatteten Küche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Durch die Fußbodenheizung ist sie auch im Winter gut bewohnbar.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war extrem freundlich, alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet, die Wegbeschreibung etc. war prima.
Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt!

Entspannungsoase pur!
Die Finca liegt perfekt zwischen Ruhe, Abgelegenheit und dem Kern von Santanyi. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann am Pool, auf der Terrasse oder im Haus die Seele baumeln lassen. Besonders die Sauberkeit im und um die Finca ist herauszuheben. Die Angaben im Inserat treffen zu, auch vor Ort kann man in einem Folder Infos nachlesen und ist somit bestens beraten in jeder Situation. Es ist auf jeden Fall ein Ferienziel für verschiedene Ansprüche- wir waren zu zweit, aber ich kann mir auch gut vorstellen, dass Familien oder eine Gruppe von Freunde sich gut zurecht finden, der Platz dafür ist gegeben.
Empfehlung an alle, die es gern unkompliziert und doch schön haben wollen- es war ein wirklich unvergesslicher Urlaub!

tolle Finca in ruhiger Lage nahe Santanyi
Wir waren bereits mehrere Male in dieser Finca. Die Lage ist einfach super. Man geniesst von der Terasse den schönen Weitblick und die Ruhe. Sehr schön ist auch der überdachte und als Wintergarten konzipierte Außenbereich (mit Fussbodenheizung !), so dass man sowohl im Sommer (bei geöffneten Fenstern) als auch im Winter herrlich sitzen und dabei auf Pool und Landschaft blicken kann. Zum Stadtzentrum von Santanyi sind es 3 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Ingesamt sehr angenehmer und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Eigenmtümer....die Finca ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen !

Wunderschönes und durchdachtes Ferienhaus
Ich habe selten so ein durchdachtes und gleichzeitig gemütliches Ferienhaus gemietet. Die Lage ist einfach genial. Schnell in Santanyi und trotzdem herrlich ruhig. Durch die Winkelbauweise kommt fast überall Sonne hin. Die Terrasse ist gross und man findet leicht den perfekten Platz für ein Sonnenbad. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist sehr gut. Angenehme Matratzen/Betten, alles was zu einer guten Küche gehört und m Wohnzimmer ist der "Fernseh-Sessel" total gemütlich...auch ohne Fernzusehen. Super durchdacht ist die Heizung. Obwohl es im Februar nachts noch sehr frisch war, haben wir nie gefroren. Den Kaminofen haben wir nur wegen der Gemütlichkeit an zwei Abenden genutzt. Wir waren zwar nur zu zweit, aber ich würde die Finca auch mit Freunden oder der Familie mieten. Wichtig für mich: Das Haus und Grundstück ist gross genug, um sich auch mal aus dem Weg zu gehen.
