Mediterranean Tranquility Close to the Sea — Your Perfect Accommodation in Nature

Located in a privileged rural area, just 2.5 km from the charming town of Santanyí and a few minutes by car from the pristine beaches of S'Amarador and Cala Mondragó, this cozy country house is ideal for families, friends and small groups of up to 6 people looking for relaxation and nature with total privacy.



The house combines rustic Mallorcan charm with all modern amenities. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen, perfectly equipped to enjoy home-cooked meals: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and more. The living room has a fireplace and a seating area with comfortable armchairs and satellite TV.



It has three bright bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning to ensure a cool and comfortable rest during the summer months. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other two, with single beds, share a spacious family bathroom with a bathtub, shower and double sink. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. At the back you will also find a laundry room with access to the rear terrace.



The outside is a real private oasis: a large covered terrace with table and chairs, barbecue area, a refreshing private pool with solarium, outdoor shower and a charming attached house with sink and second barbecue. The carefully maintained Mediterranean garden offers shaded corners for reading, resting or simply disconnecting.



Behind the pool, a small pond adds a natural touch and, for the more curious, a corral with hens (no rooster!) provides authenticity without disturbing sleep.

Amazing overall service.

We loved this beautiful villa. It had everything we needed for a great family holiday away together. Everything was spotlessly clean, the pool was perfect for cooling down, the location was ideal for exploring locally and for getting all the supplies we needed for our stay. It was also lovely to meet Marga and Salvador, the villa owners, who explained everything to us and were on hand to answer any questions if we needed them. A heart felt thank you to all those that made our experience so fantastic! We found the beds quite uncomfortable but understand this can be personal preference. We have very comfy mattresses at home so found them hard and it made us all a bit achy. The only other small issue was that the fridge / freezer struggled at times to keep up with the hot weather and keep all our food / drinks cool enough.

Finca mit perfekter Gastfreundschaft

Wir haben die tolle Ausstattung und den schönen Pool sehr genossen. Die sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage in allen Schlafräumen und die gut ausgestattete Küche haben wir sehr geschätzt. Hochwertige Handtücher für Strand und Haus und die hübsch bestickten Bettwäsche in mehr als ausreichender Anzahl machen den kleinen, aber feinen Unterschied. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und haben uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet. Sehr gerne haben wir die Hühner gefüttert und wurden dafür mit frischen Eiern belohnt:) Noch mehr Luxus wären schärfere Messer, eine Knoblauchpresse und Aufbewahrungsdosen für den Kühlschrank. Wir sind aber auch so sehr gut zurecht gekommen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben 10 wunderschöne Tage in dieser Finca verbracht. Von Marga und Salvador wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und während der gesamten Zeit fürsorglich betreut. Marga hat uns mit einem malloquinischen Mandelkuchen überrascht. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder. Nichts, es war alles in bester Ordnung.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Finca und haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus war makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt – von der Waschmaschine über die Spülmaschine bis hin zu Geschirrspültabs. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight, besonders die stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung am Abend hat für eine tolle Atmosphäre gesorgt. Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig und erholsam, gleichzeitig erreicht man Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Santanyí in wenigen Minuten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzlichen und zuverlässigen Gastgeber, bei denen man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Unsere Kinder hatten große Freude daran, morgens bei Marta frische Eier von den Hühnern zu holen – ein besonderes Erlebnis, das uns in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Die gesamte Atmosphäre war warm, familiär und einfach wunderschön. Wir würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen und können diese Finca von Herzen empfehlen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben als Familie zu viert einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Finca von Marga&Salvador verbracht. Begrüßt wurden wir von ein paar kalten Getränken und Obst im Kühlschrank und einer köstlichen Flasche Wein, sodass wir uns sofort wohl fühlten. Die Finca und das ganze Areal inklusive des fantastischen Pools waren großartig. Die Haus liegt perfekt für Ausflüge nach Palma oder den Nordosten der Insel. Schnell zu erreichen ist der malerische Ort Santanyi mit seinem schönen Markt und kleinen Restaurants. Gar kein Problem stellte das morgendliche Füttern der Hühner dar, es brachte Spaß und wir konnten jeden Tag frische Eier genießen. Ein rundum toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Marga&Salvador.

Ein Haus mit Charme

Das Landhaus wurde 1894 gebaut und früher teils auch für Stallungen gebraucht. Die Eigentümer Salvatore und Magda haben ihren Familienbesitz selbst mit großer Mühe liebevoll aus-und umgebaut. Es ist ein Landhaus entstanden, mit viel sehr schönem traditionellen Inventar, mit Charme und bewusster Liebe für das Traditionelle. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die hübsche Sitzecke im Schatten vor dem Haus, welches von einer herrlichen Bougainvillea umsäumt war. Der Pool ist sehr großzügig gearbeitet, so dass man auch ein paar Schwimmzüge machen könnte. Am Auffälligsten waren die angenehmen, freundlichen und sehr zuvorkommend Begegnungen mit Marga und Salvatore. Sie waren immer präsent, um zu reinigen, zu versorgen oder nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Handtücher stehen reichlich zur Verfügung und auch sonst fehlte es uns nichts. Marga spricht deutsch und die Verständigung ist damit problemlos. Schon gelesen hatten wir von dem leckeren Gato d'ametla, den uns Marga als Gastgeschenk brachte. Indes haben wir das Rezept auch ausprobiert und es gehört jetzt zu unseren Lieblingskuchen. Die Finca kann man nur buchen, wenn man ein Auto dabei hat, da sie schon sehr ländlich liegt. Der Fußmarsch von 4,9km zum Strand Mondrago ist bei heißen Temperaturen schon eine kleine Herausforderung. Wir wünschen Marga und Salvador noch viele aktive Lebensjahr und immer zufriedene Gäste! Eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Finca Sa Bassa Llova

Unser erster Finca Urlaub war wunderschön! Die Besitzer Marga und Salvador hießen uns sehr herzlich Willkommen, haben uns mit einem sehr leckeren, typisch mallorquinischen Mandelkuchen das Leben versüßt und wären jederzeit für uns da gewesen, so wir Hilfe gebraucht hätten. Die Finca ist insgesamt sehr sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden regelmäßig oder sogar bei Bedarf gewechselt. Top! Von der Finca aus sind die Buchten Mondrago und Santanyí für Erwachsene und Kinder im Jugendalter auch gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Da wir in den Sommerferien auf Mallorca waren, waren die Buchten sehr voll. So haben wir es vorgezogen, die Ruhe am Pool der Finca zu genießen und den Hühnern beim Gackern und den Zikaden beim Zirpen zuzuhören. Am Abend sind wir gerne im nahegelegenen Städtchen Santanyí mit seinen vielen ausgezeichneten Restaurants essen gegangenen. Die Finca ist insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet, toll wären noch Mückenschutzgitter vor den Fenstern, sodass nachts durchgelüftet werden kann.
