Comfortable beds but house had issues and was unclean

The beds were all fairly new and very comfortable. The whole house needed a good clean and most of the rooms were tired and could have done with a refurb. The toilet upstairs flooded and water was pouring through the lounge ceiling. We had to turn this off and not use it for the whole duration as no one came to fix it. The heating upstairs didn’t work for the first few days but was eventually sorted. The neighbourhood is very quiet. Nearest shops are 5 minutes drive away.

It was okay

There were dirty towels on the back of the doors . There were moldy dishes in the dishwasher. The WiFi didn’t work up stairs on any of the smart TVs they had.
