the house was nice. would have like the back yard to be more user friendly, the house is near railroad and you can hear the trains through out the night, its in a great location to a variety of things.

Great Southern Hospitality

My colleague and I stayed at Kundan's new home for the 2024 Spring furniture market and were very impressed. Kundan's home was very comfortable, he truly thought of everything, down to extra chargers! The beds were so comfortable, as were the linens, and the fully stocked coffee station was grealy appreciated each morning. We did hear the train but that didn't bother either of us. The best part was that this house is in range of the Go Anywhere Shuttle, so transportation to and from market was very convenient. Many thanks to Kundan for making our stay so comfortable!

Nice property for short stay

Overall the house was very nice with lots of space and amenities. House was brand new, clean, close to HPU and furniture market. Check in time was 3pm but house was not ready until close to 5pm due to cleaning company still at the house. We had some ants on the kitchen counter and were unaware of the very active train tracks nearby. Train horns sounded all day and night. All in all was a nice property for a short stay.

You informed us that you would be arriving after 5pm, so we took the opportunity to have the lawn maintenance company mow the lawn, which was completed by 5pm. If there was any specific reason you waited until 5pm, please let us know so that we can address it accordingly. Regarding the ants and train noise, we'll take your comments into consideration for future guests and see if there are any measures we can take to address these issues. Despite these challenges, we're pleased to hear that you had a pleasant stay overall.
