Ground floor:

Spacious dining room: With its oak French ceiling and exposed stone wall, the dining room has a large glass table that can accommodate 8 guests. Ideal for convivial meals.
Equipped kitchen: Behind an elegant ironwork glass roof, the modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment: oven, induction hob, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. You will also find all the necessary kitchen utensils.
Welcoming living room: Comfortable sofa, cosy armchairs, bookcase, TV with sound bar, decorative plants create a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
Laundry and toilet area: washing machine and dryer, and toilet with sink complete this floor.

Upstairs:

Master suite: Spacious and bright, it includes a king-size bed (180x200 cm), an office/lounge area, a closed dressing room and a private bathroom with toilet.
Two additional bedrooms: Each is equipped with modular beds, two single beds (80x200 cm) or a large double bed (160x200 cm). They have built-in walk-in closets, small desks and comfortable armchairs.
Charming landing: Bathed in natural light during the day, the landing offers an extra bed for two people thanks to a convertible sofa bed.
Bathrooms and toilets: A separate bathroom and toilet are accessible from the landing.
