Walking distance to Hyde Park, Camels back park and downtown Boise, this home is perfect for your next Boise vacation. Family friendly, the home features a main level master bedroom with a dual vanity bath, and two bedrooms downstairs with a shared bathroom. Equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, parking, two TV's, outdoor dining space, wifi, this home has it all! Quiet street, in one of Boise's popular North End neighborhoods.

Check in: 4 pm, check out 10:00 AM.

Quiet Hours: 10:00pm-7:00 am

No Parties or loud music.

No unregistered guests may stay the night, please inform host of all individuals in the party staying at the property.

NO smoking of any kind anywhere on the property. This includes backyard, front yard, carports and anywhere on the property. Violators will be charged $50 per violation. Please review local laws prior to arrival. Please note marijuana is NOT legal in Idaho. Illegal drugs of any kind will not be tolerated and if brought they will be subject to fines at owner’s discretion. Please let me know if you are accompanied by an ESA. If you check out past 10, with no prior agreement from the host, you will be charged $50 an hour for inconveniencing the cleaners.


NO PETS PLEASE. If you do bring a pet without the owner’s consent you will be fined $500.

If any damage is done to anything inside or outside the unit or on the property, from a guest, a guests friend visiting the property, or the guests ESA, the booked guest(s) will be fined for repairs, and potentially pay extra nightly fees if place cannot be rented from guests destruction.

This rental is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Please lock the door when you leave, it does not automatically lock. Close the door and hit the yale button, there will be flashing numbers and it will lock. Thank you!

Please place used towels, sheets, pillowcases, etc in basket (located in closets) and set by washing machine. Please take out trash, located on the right side of the building.

The North end house was clean and well supplied. We enjoyed using the patio area too. The kitchen was outfitted with all the pans and utensils we needed for making breakfast and snacks. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Very enjoyable stay in the north end of Boise. Lovely neighborhood and the house was very comfortable with great amenities. Best stocked kitchen by far of any other rental I’ve been at before.

Beautiful home in CHARMING neighborhood

This home gives you both beautiful and nicely updated home along with the best location in the Northend!!! Easy walk to Camelback Park and a nice stroll to great cafes and restaurants in Hyde Park! I am definitely coming back but next time I’m staying longer!!!

A fantastic place to stay

What a great residence to stay while in Boise. Everything was so well laid out and comfortable, especially the well apportioned kitchen that allowed us to stay in and cook together. There was also the cozy backyard area and bbq for relaxing. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, I especially loved the main level master! We walked every morning to a great coffee spot in Hyde Park, as this is a great walking neighborhood. Such a great experience.

Our VRBO was super clean and well appointed. There was coffee pods ready for us the bedrooms had everything we would need including Outlets for chargers. It was super quaint and an a great location

Loved it !!

The home was terrific, had absolutely everything you could need. Decorated very nicely, very comfortable beds and has a cozy feel. Great response from property manager with any questions you have, will definitely stay again ❤️

Great Place to stay!!!!

We loved this house. It was perfect for me and my two kids. It had everything we needed and was super close to bogus basin, camelback, downtown and everywhere we wanted to go. It was super clean. And the neighborhood was really cute!!! Check in was easy and the host was extremely responsive and helpful!! Highly recommend!

Great Location - very clean house

Great location to have thanksgiving gathering with my family. We walked to Hyde Park everyday to get coffee and shop. It is an updated and very clean house. Highly recommend house.
