Getting Around:
This neighborhood can be easily navigated without a car. An inexpensive UBER to the property from the Airport and you will never feel stranded. The locals LOVE biking, hiking and walking the neighborhood and it is easy to bike and walk downtown as well. It is quite possible to never leave the neighborhood and have plenty to do and see! ! Experience one of Boise's most coveted neighborhoods and immerse yourself in the local culture. There are “old” cruiser bikes available for guests, the Boise Green Bikes are located on 13th & Alturas (available at low cost) and there are plenty of local bike shops if you would like to rent a Mtn. The location of this home being so close to Camel’s Back Park was ideal for both hiking and traveling with the dogs. A equal bonus was the proximity to Hyde Park district, so fun with all the restaurants, shopping and coffee shops just a block away. The home was clean, the beds very comfortable and although I didn’t really use it, the kitchen was well stocked. If I were looking for a home with a third bedroom though, for safety reasons, I would not be comfortable with anyone staying in the attic room.
We had a wonderful stay at the Hyde Park Bungalow. The home was clean and perfect for our visit and had enough room for 4 adults. The neighborhood was lovely and just a short walk to downtown Hyde Park, which was adorable. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in Boise.
Great location to Hyde Park in the historic North End. Walk only a few blocks to the restaurants and shops. Easy check in and communication. The house is nice. Well stocked. Beds are comfortable, nice towels, and water pressure. My only concern is that 1 of the 4 bikes that are listed on the rental is functional. We were there in a warm February timeframe that you could get out on bikes. The washer/dryer is nice, however it is shared with the other rental on the property. You cannot do laundry between 11-4, understandable with rental changes. We loved Boise and this area. We'd come back for sure.
Thanks for the kind words! I'm thrilled to hear you enjoyed the location and found the property cute. If you ever plan to visit again, we'd love to host you once more!
Cute little place that was able to accommodate our family of five. The kids loved the attic room. Very easy to walk to Hyde Park and we made use of the bikes that were available with this property.
Walking distance to great shopping and dining in Hyde Park. We enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I stayed at this adorable, cute little house in Boise to have a pre Christmas get together with our kids. The property was so clean and welcoming with a beautiful full kitchen. The host was amazing and we will definitely stay again when we are in Boise.

Thank you so much for your heartwarming review! Perfect spot for us to get away during a quick two day trip with a few others at our company. There were two of us at this home and it fit the bill just fine. Thanks!
Super cute little house and was perfect for us to have a little staycation for my foster daughter’s birthday. Communicating with owners was easy and very pleasant. Thanks again!!
I will say beautiful home, great location, and easy check in and out process. However, we had one issue that was terrible.. ANTS! We came home from an afternoon outing and when I say we were taken over by ants.. well that is an understatement. We had to strip the beds and wash sheets! They were in the bed! We got on our hands and knees to try to stop the ants (coming in from a wall heater) and they were in 2 bedrooms and kitchen. The ants were on the walls and ceiling. My husband tried to kill them with cleaner and then I kept going while he ran out to get Raid. It took us hours to get them under control. When we contacted the owner they offered to pay for the Raid. I could provide pictures of the ant take over and also myself and son getting bit. This is even after we washed everything because we had to kill more the next morning. I wasn’t asking for a free trip, but they should have been nice enough to look at the situation and do more than pay for the raid.

I'm really sorry to hear about the ant issue you experienced during your stay. That sounds incredibly frustrating and not at all the experience we aim to provide. I appreciate you bringing it to our attention, and I'll make sure we address it thoroughly to prevent any recurrence. If you have pictures, please share them, and we'll look into what additional measures we can take. Your feedback is valuable, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
This is such a cute and clean bungalow. The perfect location. My husband wondered where the salt & pepper shaker were and might have benefited from a no-slip mat in the bathroom - but hey, he's 80 and still enjoyed it all! Great for the younger set and the old.
This property was located in a safe neighborhood in Boise--which was a plus when traveling with family. The stay was comfortable and clean. My children absolutely loved this home.
