The 3000 sq. ft. (interior) condo features 2 large bedrooms, 1 den/office with a king sleeper couch and closet (3rd bedroom), 3 full baths, and 1000 sq. ft. exterior space with an open-air balcony right on the Gulf of Mexico. The Unit was redone in 2021 and is beautifully appointed and very spacious. First time offered for rental. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, walks on the beach, and miles of nature trails through out the community.
