Your cozy getaway awaits in Marco Island at this beautiful beach condo. Great for large families or groups of friends on vacation, with 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 2 twin beds. This pleasant retreat offers all the comforts of a home. Breath taking view to the Gulf of America with private access to the beach. The building offers two Gulf front community heated pools and two community BBQ grills (charcoal), tennis courts, pickleball courts, underground assigned parking, bike storage, lobby area and gym. Beach chairs and umbrella are available in unit's storage room. Condo is walking distance to restaurants and much more.
