Our second stay and this stay was as great as the first stay. We hope next year this property is available on our next trip to Beaufort. Would recommend this property to family and friends.
Everything was wonderful, it was a really great experience! I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for something that will make you feel at home.
In town with our team of dragonboaters for tha annual festival at Henry C Chambers waterfront park. This gave us a great place to settle in while in town.
This is our second year in a row staying in the home. Its close to the park for the kids and close to downtown to enjoy the festivities. This year we were able to enjoy the Taste of Beaufort. Great time overall!
Clean and updated 3bedroom home in quiet neighborhood only 15 minutes drive to downtown Beaufort shopping and restaurants. Easy drive to Port Royal, Hunting Island State Park, other islands. Quick response from management regarding a minor sink issue - fixed the same day. Wonderful stay!!!
Can't beat the location! Our family had a great time with plenty of room. Property could use some outside cleanup with a few minor upgrades/cleaning to the inside. With everything being said we would stay here again!
This charming an immaculate home was the perfect rental for us, as we visited the area for our son’s graduation from Marine Corps training. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and yet close to everything. It is tastefully decorated, with very comfortable beds and up-to-date appliances. Checking in and out was a very smooth process. We would highly recommend this home if you are visiting the area!
Very nice living room, overall space, and location. Appreciated two types of coffee makers and provided filters. Inside could use some love. Feels like a quick flip home so if you’re a craftsman, don’t try and figure out how they laid the shower tile. For the price, would have appreciated enough toilet paper to last the entire 4 days of our stay.

Everyone was happy with the quiet walkable clean location, house size etc. Even though it was noted in house rules that we had to supply our own toilet paper that was a surprise as it is usually supplied in other locations. It was a good visit nonetheless.
We came for my son's graduation. We enjoyed the property once we got in the house. Little problem with the door knob but I called and maintenance was there in 10minutes. Enjoyed our stay great neighborhood
