This is a lovely, beachfront condo, ready to welcome large or multiple families. The balcony has a beautiful panoramic view that overlooks a private beach. Patio furniture includes a comfortable love seat, 2 tables with 4 chairs, and 2 recliners. Three bedrooms and a sofa sleeper offer comfortable beds for 11 guests. The colorful bunk-bedroom sleeps 5 connected to a hall bathroom. Three full bathrooms add to your comfort and convenience. The beautiful master bedroom and the guest bedroom both have on-suites. Every room has a TV and a fan. The living room has a new 70 inch TV, the master bedroom has a new 65-inch TV and the guest bedroom has a new 58-inch TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with updated stainless-steel appliances. The Wet bar has a Margarita machine. Laundry has a new LG Washer & Dryer.

Free 5g wireless internet, cable TV, and a phone with free local call service.

Great restaurants are located less than a block away along with many options for relaxing nightlight. The beaches are beautiful, and the pool has been refinished and enhanced with beautiful palm trees and canopies. Shopping and fun activities are all located nearby. Parking passes are purchased on the third floor by guests. 2023 parking passes are $50 each good for up to a 2 week stay.

Gorgeous Gulf Shores View!

We spent our annual family vacation at this location and it was spectacular! Beautiful views, great location, clean property with plenty of room for the entire family. Pat was extremely helpful before, during, and after our stay. Hope to stay again if we return to the area.

Great Family Getaway

My husband and various members of our immediately family visited Gulf Shores . This 3 bedroom condo was perfect and the owner could not have been more helpful. I would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect getaway!

This condo was perfect and the host was super attentive! We would definitely stay here again! There were so many sleeping options and a wonderful, full kitchen. And you can't get any more "oceanfront " than this property!

"Best Trip Ever!"

This is such a gorgeous home and was absolutely perfect! The condo was ultra clean (and I am very picky on clean), had great amount of space for our large family and had everything to meet our needs with ease. The property it's self is well-maintained and convenient. All our kids said this was the best trip ever!

Great view and fast elevators!

We stayed at this condo for just under a week to celebrate my daughter and her best friends 21st b-days. The condo was clean and the host was very kind and gracious and made sure everything was perfect. It was close to everything and the weather was perfect. We hope to go back again next year!

Great central location. Very spacious unit.

We stayed as a family of 8, 6 adults and 2 toddlers. This unit was very spacious and had everything we needed. The balcony and view was amazing. The location was walkable to area shopping and restaurants. The property manager Pat was amazing and checked on us a few times throughout the week to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I highly recommend this unit. The property is well maintained and the beach is beautiful.

Great family getaway!!

This condo is gorgeous with an amazing oceanfront view! We took our family + friends + grandparents for a week and it was the perfect size! The kitchen is very nice and we were able to make meals there when we didn't want to eat out. Perfect location, very central to a lot of great restaurants and shops. (Our favorite was The Hangout!) The beach was great and the pool was very nice to unwind after a day on the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony at night listening to the ocean. We will definitely be booking another trip soon!!

Wonderful long weekend

We stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend. It was our first trip to Gulf Shores and this unit in the San Carlos was the perfect location. We enjoyed morning coffee with a beautiful ocean view on the balcony and walked right onto the best part of the beach where our rented chairs/umbrellas were ready for us by 9am each day. We could walk to multiple restaurants and mini golf/shops/The Hangout. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was incredibly communicative, providing clear instructions for us as well as a list of recommended activities and restaurants. The unit had plenty of space for the 5 of us, it could have fit double that. I’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and so, so clean!!

Pat’s condo is fabulous! It is spacious, airy, inviting and comfortable. We didn’t want for anything during our stay. Each morning I got up and drank coffee on that balcony like it was my job. Dolphin sightings, sunrises, sunsets, storms rolling in….the balcony was a perfect place to experience them all. Pat was a delight to work with. She’s incredibly accommodating and truly wants her guests to have a wonderful vacation. Don’t hesitate to book this gem.

Amazing Condo for a Family or Friends Getaway

We didn’t need all of the space this trip but we for sure will next time. We loved our stay and Pat was amazing with great communication. The beds were so comfortable even the mattresses in the bunk beds! Everything was clean, there were plenty of towels and wash cloths. All we had to do was make a grocery run and we were set. There were just 2 adults and 2 kids this trip but we didn’t even go into one of the bedrooms. Can’t wait to bring the grandparents next trip. The beach wasn’t too busy and the pier was walking distance. Will for sure stay again!

As described

We stayed here a year ago. Condo was as described. She has contacted us by phone, text and email no less than 50 times to leave a review. We understand it’s a business at the same time if you get swamped with please review messages it doesn’t make you want to give great reviews. I will say again the condo was good. But if you don’t review the stay you will get harassed weekly until you review it. Seems like a bad business model.

VIEW, Location & Space!

I knew it would be an amazing stay when I spoke with Ms. Pat about the condo! She made the entire process simple and stress free!! The minute you open the door the view is breathtaking!! The condo is large, peaceful, comfortable. There are a few things that need attention but it’s all cosmetic. (outdoor cushions need replaced, could use some nice pillows for sofa, countertop needs a bit tlc, perhaps a few more kitchen towels and dishcloths, etc) nothing that would keep me from returning to this condo year after year. The entire property was great! Everyone friendly and hospitable! The location can’t be beat!! Many restaurants in walking distance. And THE BEACH!! That’s why we’re here, right?? It’s a lively beach for sure, volleyball nets, jet ski’s and parasailing and yet it’s perfectly peaceful especially at sunset! Perfect for people watching. I recommend taking advantage of the beach service!! Thanks Ms. Pat for having us!
