Triple sliding glass door leads to the balcony and allows incredible views from inside and out.

The Gulf Front King Master Suite features flat screen TV, and its own private bath. The double slider opens to the Gulf Front balcony and provides a stellar water view.

The Queen Master Suite features a 32' flat screen TV, and private bath with glassed-in shower. Enjoy the views of Little Lagoon and Bon Secour Bay from the balcony.

The King Guest Suite off the main hall has flat screen TV, and access to the hall bath. This set up allows for a third private master suite!

Our kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for a great vacation! You'll find upscale all brand new cookware and utensils, glassware and dinnerware, wine glasses, storage, and plenty of entertaining supplies for a fun family time at the beach!

Our unit is one of the very few in the building that has a reserved garage parking space!

Our balcony is the best! Upscale outdoor furnishings and over 350 sq ft facing the Gulf of Mexico. You have a 270~ view of the Gulf of Mexico, white sandy beaches, Little Lagoon, downtown, and front row seats for the 4th of July fireworks from the Gulf State Park!

Great family vacation

We loved the condo. Right on the beach and the little general store across the street was awesome. Perfect for our family. Would stay there again. The only thing that’s not listed is the grills are charcoal which we didn’t know and there wasn’t a lighter which would have been nice to know before going down to grill the first night.

As a native Californian, I spent my childhood growing up in Manhattan Beach, Ca. A new job opportunity brought me to Tennessee in 1987 after college. Looking for the nearest beach, a co-worker suggested Gulf Shores. In the Spring of 1988, I came to Gulf Shores for the first time and I was stunned by its natural beauty, white sandy beaches, blue-green waters, and peaceful serenity. I have vacationed in Gulf Shores every year since 1988.

Why they chose this property

It's all about the balcony and the view. I believe that Island Royale condos have best balconies, especially the corner units on the east side of the building. The east corner balconies do not get the hot afternoon sun in the summer. And, since the building is right on the sand, the sound of the waves on the beach make the balcony my favorite part of the condo. I also like the layout of the penthouse corner units in Island Royale. The floorplan offers the option for 3 private master suites, so, you have the flexibility of spending time together in the living room or balcony, but everyone can have their own space too. Island Royale is a smaller building on a less densely built stretch of beach in Gulf Shores so the beach is never crowded, even on the most popular holidays.
