The Mt. Joe apartment was the perfect basecamp for all the activities we did in Saranac and Lake Placid! It was tucked away from the business of Main Street while still being only a 3 minute drive away, with the conveniences of a Walgreens and grocery store right around the corner as well. We didn’t spend a lot of time just hanging out inside since we were often out and about, but it was plenty spacious for us (3 adults). One perk that led us to choosing this space was the gas fireplace, which we used every night while relaxing!

Just right!!

We were in town for a wedding. The location was less than five minutes away the venue. The apartment was close to the main strip if the weather was nicer we could’ve walked…less than 10 minutes. The host was responsive and very helpful.

Mt. Joe

Decor was cozy & cute. Kitchen is modern & well stocked. Very comfortable bed, there’s no bathtub, just a shower. This is an upstairs apartment that may be difficult to access for elderly. The electric fireplace didn’t work. Other people parked in our designated parking spot. Although it stated we had access to a fitness facility it just means there’s a fitness facility close that charges $25/ day with no discount to renters..

Beautiful space! Kitchen is better than ours at home. Nicely decorated with an Adirondack flavor. Quiet place. Nice to have a full refigerator due to food allergies keeping us out of restaurants. Furnature and bed are all comfy! Thank you!
