Fun, Relaxing Stay near Spanish Springs

This is a cute, cozy rental tastefully decorated and equipped with all your needs, including an electric easy rechargeable golf cart! We thoroughly enjoyed our week here with all the included amenities. A great deal in the Villages!

Family vacation

We had an excellent time. Residence was very nice - very clean and convenient to the Spanish Springs town square. Quiet area and neighbors were very friendly. The cleanliness of the residence was impressive.

Silver Lake Beach House

Property was as advertised, very clean, and comfortable. Host was always available and quick to fix any issues. Property is an older home but the best deal in the villages.

Nice location, close to shopping, church and pools. Everything is convenient. We especially enjoyed running around in the golf cart. Very enjoyable two months.

Loved our time in the Villages

My wife and I had a great time at this property. It was as shown on the VRBO website and was very clean and comfortable. It included a golf cart which we used to go to the Spanish Springs town center for the nightly entertainment. We saw many good groups playing there. We also used the cart to run to the Publix store and to the adult pool that was not very far away. We brought our bikes to Florida and enjoyed the trails around the area. Hosts Edward and Gladys were great to work with. We would highly recommend this property to our friends and family. We can’t wait to visit the Villages again!

Kitchen needs help….. no dishwasher, microwave not powerful enough to even do popcorn….plastic utensils for cooking needed washing and were flimsy. No cutting board, no mixing bowls, pots & pans were old and in some cases needed washing…..overall very difficult to prepare a meal.

It was very clean. It was an older trailer and the owners had tried to fix it up...the floors were very spongy and weak in places. The kitchen needed more for cooking. There wasn't even a pancake turner, we had to buy one. Needs better cookware, everything stuck to what was there.
