About this property

River view rental in prime location on the St Johns River

One of the few park models with a River view from the backyard and home. The 1 BR-1BA park model is located in the Lazy Days Resort in Welaka, FL. There is an attached sunroom with a double bed and room divider for privacy as well as a comfortable double futon in the living room area. Sleeps a total of 7 people. The home has an additional screened-in porch and deck located at the back of the property with a gorgeous view overlooking the river! You also have use of a community pool, dock, fish cleaning station and boat slip. The rental is very close to several of the favorite "local" watering holes and restaurants and we offer a golfcart for a small additional fee. Bring your boat or rent one locally to fish or spend a leisurely day at one of the nearby springs. The Manatees come into the springs during the cold months and they are awesome to see.

Weekend stay in Welaka

The house was extremely clean. Stocked well with everything you need. Everyone in the park was friendly. My family and I felt so safe! We did 4 springs on our 3 day stay and ate the most delicious food. Highly recommend Lexi’s for breakfast and shrimpsrus for dinner! Kim was great and full of good tips for the surrounding area!

Awsome Place

Great location easy access to restaurants and store. Golf cart was great for travel. Nice pool and all the neighbors were very friendly and helpful. What more is there to say.

We love boating on the river and to the nearby springs. Welaka is a great little golfcart town with beautiful scenery and fun, friendly people. Lots of local watering holes that provide entertainment, good food and opportunities to meet new people.

What makes this property unique

Our park model is beautifully decorated and is the only park model with a direct river view from the screened porch and deck at the rear of the home. It is a fun community with lots of activities and fun, friendly neighbors.
