Welcoming Property

Great property in a gated community. Located near a Walmart and Costco;which is a plus. The family loved the pool and jacuzzi. Enjoyed our stay!!!

Quick getaway

Great place with awesome location and amenities. Close to beaches and nightlife, and a couple hours drive to Disney. Will definitely be returning next year. John was super responsive to our questions.

An amazing experience you won’t forget!!

Look no further, we just spent two months at this property and we can’t say enough about it. From the moment we arrived the communication from the owner was outstanding. The property was immaculate and the neighborhood was picturesque. Great for daily walks, a bike ride or just a casual stroll at sunset. The pool area was well maintained, with weekly visits for cleaning and maintenance. The house is in a great location for restaurants, shopping or a trip to the beach. Overall, such a great experience, we can’t wait to return next year.

Perfect setting in great neighborhood

I had an amazing time at this property My husband was with me for awhile, my kids came down and my granddaughter, my 3 friends from college for a week it was the perfect house for this. The owner is very attentive to any issues that I had which were only two. Air stop working but only for one night and it was resolved the next morning and there was a mix up with the ability to golf in “high season” but the owner made that Right. After awhile the house felt like my own, sitting out by pool every morning having coffee, it’s a very quiet location and a pretty setting, so it was very relaxing. The house has plenty of linens and towels , lots of hangers in closets and a well appointed kitchen as well as bikes and beach chairs in garage.. Pool was warm and I only turned heater on once . I loved the neighborhood and the location of this house. Will definitely rent again.

Beautiful property but needs upkeep

Beautiful home in a nice gated community! We did have some issues with the home.The keypad for the front door was not functional. We had to use the garage door to enter the house throughout our stay. Upon entering, we noticed that the air conditioning was not working. It was fixed, and broke down again. We decided to leave the house a few days early as we had a hard time sleeping without the air conditioning. After 2 weeks without a pool heater, the unit was changed so we did enjoy the pool for 2 weeks out of 4. It is very unfortunate that the owner does not take better care of this home! As for the property manager, he was unavailable, nonexistent! We never saw or talked to him about anything.
