Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Leave the laundry to us! Bed as-is and towels on the shower stall floor. Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run wash cycle.
Please remove all items from the fridge, cupboards and place all trash in the bear proof receptacle outside and make sure to latch it.
Please touch the lock icon🔒on the touch pad door lock when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We just wanted to say thank you were perfect with everything from start to finish we loved the cabin it was very nice and clean the bed I wanted to take home it was the best I've slept in a long time so yes we want to come back and stay again already

I spent a weekend getaway here with my spouse. The cabin was cozy and super clean. The property owner was quick to respond with an issue we had with the fireplace upon check in and was quickly repaired. We loved the coffee nook and the hot tub. Everything was perfect and close to the parkway and parking was great due to us having a large vehicle. We definitely recommend this cabin and would love to stay here again!!!

It was very nice, we loved the hot tub although we had to refill it every-time we got out. I wish that there was a little more entertainment like a pool table or something similar. Other than a bear getting in our trash we had a great time. It was very organized and clean. I would recommend bringing more towels and washcloths if you stay more than 4 days.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yellow Birch Cabin. It was a cozy cabin that had everything we needed. The location was perfect! The cabin is tucked back in off the road so you’re away from the traffic and noise, but you’re also right across the street from Hatfield & McCoy’s dinner theater and the Titanic museum. Margaret was an excellent host who was easy to reach and gave us all the information we needed. We would definitely recommend Yellow Birch Cabin to anyone looking for a place to stay in Pigeon Forge.

My husband Jim and I are very excited about being part of the VRBO community. Sharing our home and farm to entertain our friends and family has been a great joy for us. Jim loves to cook, I enjoy making everything in the house and outside on the property beautiful and a pleasing experience for all who visit. We thought our attention to detail and passion for creating appealing spaces could be well adapted to sharing a vacation rental home for people to enjoy.

We both grew up in central upstate New York and we live on a beautiful small farm that we love to wake up to every day. Our passion for raising food in a clean and humane way has initiated us to raise all natural pasture chicken and pork for friends and family who feel the same way.

My great joys in life are gardening, creating charming outdoor surroundings and enjoying all of natures beauty. Jim's interests include fishing, hunting, farming, cooking, and making killer BBQ :-)
We both love to travel and enjoy meeting people and seeing all the beautiful places this country has to offer.
