Charming former gatekeeper's house with spa and billiards in a quiet area in the Berry countryside. 15 minutes from the Beauval Zoo, 5 minutes from the castle of Valençay and its museum of old cars as well as the many castles of the Loire or Center Park.
Ideal for recharging your batteries, relaxing, and having a good time as a couple or as a family.
This magnificent house of character can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. The spa being covered and heated, it can be used in all seasons.
Charming house that can accommodate 2 to 6 people composed of two bedrooms with two double beds upstairs and a sofa bed on the first floor.
A fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and kitchen utensils.

Quand on cherche la paix et la tranquillité ..

Située en pleins cœur des champs, cette ancienne maison de « barrière » a tout pour charmer les locataires. Le silence constant enchantera les petites familles en recherchent de tranquillité. La location reste cependant proche d’un intermarché, et des activités principales à faire (15 min pour le zoo de beauval, les châteaux de la Loire, troglo degusto etc.)La maison est très accueillante et chaleureuse, vous pourrez profiter d’un petit jardin ainsi que d’un jaccuzi et d’un barbecue, le top après une journée à crapahuter dans le zoo. Le propriétaire est réceptif à la moindre de nos demandes. Vraiment une location que nous conseillons !

Très bon emplacement

Très bien situé entre futuroscope, Beauval et les châteaux de la Loire.La tranquillité de la maison est total. Tout est neuf... On regrette quelque consommable pour démarrer notre séjour comme savon, café mais on est prévoyant donc pas eu de besoin....
