Appartement propre, calme et agréable pour passer un séjour à Brest.Bon accueil et réactivité de Frédérique pour nous dépanner, un grand merci.Pas très loin du centre ville, beaucoup de musées et sites touristiques à visiter. Brest est une grande ville avec des universités, des hôpitaux CHU de Brest et des centres de soins, des commerces, ...ne pas oublier des tramways et des bus, et un téléphérique (malheureusement en cours de maintenance).

Le logement bénéficie d’un emplacement pratique, proche du centre de Brest et des principaux axes routiers, facilitant les déplacements et la découverte de la région. La place de parking privative située juste devant est un véritable atout.L’intérieur est confortable et bien agencé. La salle de bain est spacieuse et bien équipée, avec une grande douche à l’italienne, un lave-linge et un sèche-linge. La chambre dispose d’un lit de 180 cm et de nombreux rangements. Le salon est fonctionnel et la cuisine moderne, globalement bien équipée.Quelques points méritent cependant d’être améliorés. L’annonce mentionne une borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique, mais celle-ci n’est pas raccordée et donc inutilisable. Cette information a été particulièrement décevante, la présence de cette borne ayant influencé notre choix. De plus, le lave-vaisselle était en panne pendant tout le séjour, sans indication de réparation prochaine. Enfin, certains équipements de cuisine devraient être renouvelés ou complétés : planche à découper cassée, absence de couteau à pain et quantité insuffisante de certains ustensiles pour un logement prévu pour quatre personnes.Dans l’ensemble, il s’agit d’un logement confortable, bien situé et agréable. Quelques améliorations concernant les équipements et la conformité des prestations annoncées permettraient toutefois d’améliorer sensiblement l’expérience des occupants.
