Alone on the 2nd floor of a house located directly on the port of Le Conquet, the room on the port side is equipped with 1 bed of 160 and 1 bed of 90, the bedroom on the garden side 1 bed of 140, a bathroom with shower, a living room with 2 windows on the port side in direct connection with a well-equipped kitchen open to the south, all spread over 60m2. WIFI. Located 500m from the beaches, 200m from all types of shops in the heart of the city centre, on the edge of the GR34, and close to the walking circuits, garage for bicycles and kayaks.

Duvets and pillows and shower mats are available to guests.
Travellers plan to bring duvet covers, bottom sheets and pillow covers (1 bed of 140), kitchen towels and towels;

Electricity will be billed at the end of the stay to the traveller according to his consumption at a price of 0.25€ per kwh; between May 1st and September 30th, electricity costs are free.

For exchanges between travellers and the owner, particularly in the event of a problem, the traveller is invited to use the telephone as a priority (CALL doubled by SMS) every day from 9.30 am to 10 pm.

The accommodation will be returned clean and in good working order by the travellers at the end of the stay. The "cleaning fees" paid at the time of booking correspond to a preparation of the accommodation, a check of its cleanliness or even a resumption if necessary, a change of bed mattress pads before your arrival. This amount does not include the general "end of stay" cleaning of the accommodation and in particular the cleaning of the kitchen area and its equipment, dirty dishes, sanitary facilities, etc. These cleaning works can be entrusted by travellers to the service provider in charge of reception and departure; they will be invoiced at a flat rate of €90 and collected on site on the arrival of travellers.
