Studio condo with heated pool. Walking distance to beach!
Newly remodeled efficiency condo. The condo is in a private entrance gated courtyard with community heated pool and hot tub with patio furniture and on-site laundry facility. Best family beach is only a short walk away with seawall, free parking, and outdoor showers! Seasonal golf cart rentals are nearby. Condo furnished with a queen-sized bed, full sleeper sofa, microwave, cooktop, and cooking supplies.

The space is small but comfortable with an open feel. Queen bed and living room area, with a full size fold out couch, are the first parts of the room when you walk into the space. There is a full kitchen with a stove top and oven. A coffee maker and filters are there for your convenience. Located a short walk from the seawall and beach that is family friendly. That beach access even has free showers and restrooms.
