Grand Pointe, Orange Beach, Breath taking views, low density gated complex, Large unit.. Large balcony, just a few steps to one of the best beaches and great fishing any where around. Grand Pointe has 2 pools ( indoor and outdoor) wet and dry sauna, workout facility,plus outdoor grilling area. This unit is beautiful, 9 foot ceilings, granite counter tops ,crown molding, Master King bedroom has entrance to the large patio, Master bath has separate jetted tub and separate shower. Guest bedroom is also a King with separate bath. Tile through out the entire unit, wet bar with ice maker.. Walking distance to 5 top rated restaurants, across street from San Roc Marina and shopping. Next to Perdido Beach Resort, and The Gulf Restaurant.. Once you have stayed here,, you will never stay anywhere else!!

Beautiful Location

Comfortable, inviting, relaxing, enjoyable, and the view was wonderful. This was a great place to stay and we really enjoyed our time. The location is great and working with Rucina was the best. She made everything so smooth and easy and she kept us up on things going on in the area and building.

This was our 2nd time to stay at this condo at Grand Pointe. Great location and beautiful views of the pass and glorious morning sunrises. It is truly a 2nd heaven!

Great condo

Good location, loved seeing the boats go by, and appreciated being on the second floor such that the stairs were always handy. Low density complex makes parking easy. Right on the water. Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed watching the boat traffic. Construction in lobby and around outside pool was not going on while we were there, but will look much better when finished.

Relaxing Respite

Wonderful views! The spacious balcony overlooking both the beach and waterway was an enjoyable location for dining,, observing the boats sailing, watching the sunrise or having coffee.The beautiful condo was well furnished. Rucinda helped you feel like a welcomed guest.! LookIng forward to staying there again!

Very relaxing! The kitchen was well stocked and clean. Comfy beds . It’s just a very nice comfortable condo! We had lots of rain during our week so we were indoors more than normal. So many great restaurants!

Grand Pointe Vacation

As frequent visitors to Orange Beach, we have always stayed gulf front. 2nd Heaven, however, provided the best of both worlds- beautiful views of the gulf and the Pass. The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. Rucina, our hostess, was so helpful and informative before and during our stay. I highly recommend 2nd Heaven OBA for your next vacation!

Perfect Location and Super Clean Condo!

Amazing communication with owner. The condo was in the perfect spot with gorgeous views of the ocean. We sat out on the balcony and watched the boats. The beach area in front of the building was not crowded at all. The condo was well appointed with great appliances and a full-sized washer and dryer. Everything was just as described and Rucina was a wonderful host. We had a great stay!

Comfortable, clean, great location!

We very much enjoyed staying in this condo! The view from the balcony was amazing! We watched boats sail in and out of the Pass, and were able to fish from the seawall. It was an easy walk to the beach area, which was beautiful! The pools were great as well. It has a gated parking lot, which is great for security. Condo was nicely decorated and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was great to communicate with, very helpful, and extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend!

2 king beds

Had a great 4 night stay. I liked being on the second floor and near the stairwell as it made getting stuff in and out of car easy. The balcony overlooks the pass and provides a nice view of the boats coming and going. One of the few condos with 2 king size beds. Only minor drawback was that the entrance is not well marked , we missed it the first time we arrived.

Everything was absolutely perfect

This owner made the booking process a breeze, arrival and entrance instructions were a breeze! The condo is so cute and decorated nicely. Large patio had all the furniture you could need while overlooking the ocean. The place was convenient to everything. Clean and well kept made us feel right at home! The best part was by far was the mini bar with ice maker! Saved us from having to go get ice daily. We will definitely be back!

Best Rental Ever!

I have stayed in many rental units over the last 20 years, and this is the best so far! The owner is easy to work with, and she has many personal touches in the condo that we really enjoyed! It was great to have two king sized beds, and the unit is very spacious. We were four adults, and didn't feel crowded at all. The view of Perdido Pass was entertaining with boat traffic and dolphins! Our only problem was that the hot temperature outside made it too uncomfortable to enjoy the spacious balcony as much as we would have liked. But after all...it's July in Alabama :). Loved the ice machine, and liked the security of a gated facility.

Great place, great location!

The location and low density of this complex was exactly what we wanted! We like to hop between Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Pensacola while we're on vacation and this was a perfect location for us! The 2 king suites were great and the updated bathroom was a nice addition. The host did let us know there was a chance of balcony construction during our stay and unfortunately the units balcony was under construction the exact same days we were visiting, so we were not able to utilize that awesome space! Again, the host was wonderful with communication and we know there was nothing she could have done. It was just a bummer! The view of that bridge is just awesome and we wish we could have enjoyed it more! One other small note for this unit is the furniture is a little worn in and it would have been nice to see a little bit of an updated look. That is literally the only small thing I would suggest changing! The housekeeping did a wonderful job, the unit was very clean and set up for our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of cooking utensils and plates and cups. Also there were a few card games in the drawers that we enjoyed playing. This unit is also very close to the stairwell and so we were able to park very close and only walk up 1 flight of stairs and be at our unit. This is not a common amenity in higher density complexes!! It was so nice to be able to hop out and be right next to our car! Of course there is an elevator, but we found the stairs easier and quicker. Also the host had a whole binder full of information for the area! Local menus and schedules of live music, just anything you could think of! It was amazing how much time and effort went into this binder for guests! The host also let us know when the Blue Angels could be making a fly by! She was so thoughtful and amazing! Our overall stay was great, except for the construction, and the host was wonderful to work with and we had a great time and highly recommend this unit for your next beach vacation!!

Truly 2nd Heaven!

We were delightfully surprised with 2nd Heaven! Rucina adds special touches and detail, making us feel as if we were her houseguests. We needed rest and relaxation, and the thoughtfully appointed balcony provided a perfect view and venue. There was comfortable and adequate seating in the living area, which is not always the case in rentals. Our walk to the beach was pleasant, and being able to use the stairs, avoiding the elevator wait was a bonus. The less trafficked beach area was a welcome change. Our only regret is that 2nd Heaven doesn’t have a third bedroom to accommodate our entire family!

Romantic getaway

Nice condo, good location, kitchen a bit disorganized....due mainly to renters not owner or management company I assume. Could use a couple more beach towels....there were two.

After years of staying all along the Gulf Coast, Once we found Grand Pointe, we found our second heaven.. The views are serene, with the boats traveling thru pass yet still beach front. Our family has always enjoyed the beach and as residents of a resort town, Hot Springs AR.. we are excited to be able to finally live our dream by owning a vacation home. We have two adult children, and now three grandchildren, looking forward to making lifetime memories.

Why they chose this property

Grand Pointe has the most beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Standing in the kitchen looking through the large sliding glass doors you feel like you're in a ship. With State Park across the Pass, there are no buildings in your view, only gulf beach!! The shell hunting in this area is always wonderful..and when the weather is up, this beach front is the best place to watch the surfers!!
