Summary:
Come to our gorgeous lake front retreat, which is perfect for your next vacation with 5 bedrooms and 6 full baths. Enjoy being right on the lake with a private dock and beautiful views of Treasure Lake. Property kid’s bikes, fishing poles (will need acquire license which can be done at Walmart), and fire pit - we will provide a starter amount of firewood and will need to buy more if you're a big firepit like us :)
Kitchen and bathrooms include all your required accessories.

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed with on suite bathroom shared with the hallway

Master Bedroom: 1 King bed with on suite bathroom including a soaker tub and walk in shower

Bedroom 3: 1 Full bed and 1 twin bed with on suite bathroom and walk in closet

Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed with on suite bathroom and walk in closet

Bedroom 5: 1 King bed with on suite bathroom and walk in closet

1 pull-out queen-size sofa bed in the living room

Ruko smart TVs. 55” TV in the living room and family room with antenna for local channels. Just sign into your favorite streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, etc) and relax!

High speed internet 400mbps up/down Zito Media. Work from home with ease!

Kitchen: fully stocked with pots & pans, knives, utensils, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, etc.

Coffee & Tea: Keurig coffee maker, Tea selection provided

Living Room: 55” Flat screen 4k Smart TV, comfy lounging couches

Dining: Table for 6, seating for 4 more along kitchen island

Please no shoes inside the house as it's mostly carpeted.



We do have a back up generator in case the power goes out! There are numerous times throughout the year with snow, storms and the power goes out some time for days but with this house is equipped with a back up generator that you won't ever have to worry about no power!

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, yard, and private dock.

The Neighborhood:
Treasure Lake is perfect area for a family vacation, with tons of activities to offer-there’s surely something for everyone in the family! We have compiled a list of our top choices!

Community Pool- Head to the pool to enjoy swimming in the large pool with a waterslide. While there you can get quick meals, snacks, or ice cream at Pirate's Cove or enjoy the outdoor poolside movie or the live music (music and movie are 1x/week during summer months only).

Community Beaches- 2 on Treasure Lake and 1 on Bimini Lake.

Little Flipper Lake- Walking on the nature trail around the small lake or fish in this smaller catch and release fishing pond

Golf- Treasure Lake has two golf courses, which both also have small restaurants at the clubhouse for everyone to meet up for a drink or a meal after golfing.

Bilger's rocks - Bilger's Rocks is a super cool natural area in Clearfield County featuring sandstone formations and recreational areas, including caves, cliffs, passageways, climbing routes and more.

Downtown DuBois - There is also the town of Dubois to explore if you're looking for more restaurants, grocery stores, or basic shopping needs.

Other Things to Note:
Please note: From week of memorial day to labor day: we require a minimum 5-day booking but there are times where there might be orphan dates in the middle so 2-4 days can be available.

Due to the number of bad guests, please read the following basic rules very carefully:

1. If the number of guests requested is not the same as the actual usage, we have the right to evict and we will report to the booking channel. Please be honest about the actual number of guests.

2. Absolutely no usage of the property for "house parties". If the police are ever called by the neighbors, then immediate eviction will take place.

3. Absolutely no smoking (pot included) in the house and if there is evidence of smoking in the house a $350 sanitizing fee will be charged.

4. Quiet Hours 8pm-8am. Please understand many of our neighbors are full-time residents of the lake. Quiet time is 8pm-8am. You are welcome to use our outdoor spaces during quiet hours but please no loud music or yelling.

If you cannot abide these house rules, please do not rent from us. We prefer to rent it to people who would value a nice place to stay.

SECURITY CAMERAS

Our properties are equipped with exterior Ring Cameras/Doorbells and are capable of recording video and audio. There are also may be internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity and decibel level.

Treasure Lake doesn’t allow any outside boats on the lake. You CANNOT bring your own motorized boat. There are no exceptions to this rule and there’s no where on the lake to rent a motorized boat for a day. The marina does have paddle board, paddle boat, canoe and kayaks rentals.

4 Beach passes are included in the house-more are available for purchase if needed. $3 a pass. Passes will allow access to all of the area beaches. Guest passes for pool are also included in the house.
