Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights

INDOORS: Strip bedding on used beds. Take sheets/pillowcases (ONLY) to laundry basket in laundry area. Leave blankets/comforters/pillows on beds. Start load of USED towels/washcloths in washer

Clean/dry/put away all used dishes and cookware. Gather trash and take it to green bin next to the garage - ALL trash must be bagged per Treasure Lake Waste mgmt guidelines. NO LOOSE bottles/cans!

OUTDOORS: If you smoked and used the provided butt can, Please remove all butts from the sand and dispose in trash. **NO CIGARETTE BUTTS IN YARD** Put away any used firepit tools.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The bedspreads on the twin beds upstairs are heirloom pieces. If this room is used please gently fold the spreads and set them aside.

This is a non-smoking house. If you smoke please properly dispose of butts in the provided sand bucket on the front porch. Do not leave them in yard.

Why they chose this property

Haven is situated on a cul-de-sac road so there is no traffic besides those that live there. the house is so peaceful! Yet, we are within walking distance to the popular Treasure Lake beach and playground.

What makes this property unique

I love that Haven is the best of both worlds. Charming lake house in front and private cabin in the back! The seclusion of the back yard is so peaceful and quiet. You're sure to catch a glimpse of the wildlife from the back porch!
