This is a 1,350sqft 2 bedrooms/3 bath condo with amazing unobstructed Gulf Bay views. Right next to vaca cut, sunrise and sunset everyday right at your doorstep. Sharks, turtles, dolphins, tarpon, barracuda and more seen right from your balcony! You don't even have to leave the property. One bedroom has a king sized bed, the other has two queen beds. Both rooms have a full private bathroom. The updated kitchen contains everything you need to spend a week in paradise. Grill your fresh caught fish on the Weber gas grill and dine on the patio with an awesome view of the Gulf of Mexico. Close to restaurants by car or boat. Boat slips available to renters first come first serve. Public boat ramp can be seen from balcony. Heated pool on premise.

Mostly positive

We did have an issue with the fridge needing a repairman but the owner was very responsive and had someone in there the next day. Also had one of the toilets with a bad internal fill valve so had to keep shutting off the the main fill valve in between flushes to avoid continuous running. Only other complaint is there was no kitchen table, just a bar that seats 3. Other 3 people need to eat in the living room area.
