Yellowtail For Dinner is a stunning 3bed/3bath that is it is only one house away from the mouth of a deep-water canal that leads directly to the Gulf.

You walk into an open living room, dining & kitchen with updated cabinets and granite countertops. There is a flat screen TV in the living room. The living room over looks the pool, and canal. The master bedroom is off the dining/living area with king bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom.Past the kitchen down the hallway you will find the other two guest bedrooms and bathrooms. One guest bedroom features two twin beds and flat screen TV. The other bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom.

There is plenty of off-street parking for your vehicles and boat trailer. A local boat ramp is just a few blocks away at Dodge Lake, corner of Aviation and Harbor Drive. The property can hold up to 4 vehicles if no trailer, if bringing a trailer then up to 3 vehicles plus trailer. No rvs, campers or motorhomes.

This home is designed for people who love to be on the water and fish. It has a bait freezer, fish-cleaning station gas grill just waiting for your catch!

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.

This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

Comfortable home with nice dock

House was as described. There was plenty of room to park the boat trailer, and a very nice dock. Enjoyed coming back after a day on the water to relax in the pool. Kitchen was well-equipped.

Beautiful Location and home

We really enjoyed our stay The home was spotless as were the grounds outside. The pool was a good size, clean and well maintained. We were thrilled that the kitchen was well-equipped and had a blender and TWO types of coffee makers, single pod and full pot. We would recommend.

GREAT PROPERTY

The home is very clean, modern, and well stocked. The dock is large and modern as well. There is immediate access to the gulf for easy sunset cruises and access to the ocean side is a short trip through Vaca cut. The single level and no stairs to climb was also wonderful! We loved this home!

the property over-all is very good. A few things that would make it more enjoyable would be a new sofa in the main den area. The sofa is old and very uncomfortable. Also pool furniture is uncomfortable.

We had the best week! We stayed over christmas week, and its was amazing! House was perfect, the pool and dock were definitely highlights for my family! Kids caught fish all day long off the dock. Only thing That I would recommend updating, is the cooking pans, they were in pretty rough shape. completely usable, just well used!

Amazing property in the Keys

We had a wonderful time! My teen nephews loved fishing off the dock (live shrimp was the best bait to use). Four manatees came up to the dock one day. My young daughter loved the pool. The hosts were very responsive and proactive with their communication. Lots of good food options in the area and a pretty quick drive to Key West for a day trip. We'd definitely come back.

Amazing, spacious home!

10/10 recommend this home! It was us and another couple and we each had littles with us. The home was perfect. We come to the keys every year and this has been the best home yet. Amazing location for fishing, great dock with a convenient cleaning station and the rooms are even better than advertised. They could use a few more utensils in the kitchen but that’s the ONLY thing I could think of. Loved this home and will definitely keep it in mind for our many trips to come.

Exactly as pictured

Property was exactly as pictured. We came as a party of 7 - two grandparents, three kids (10 - 14), my husband, and me. Sleeping arrangements were great. The three full baths were helpful. Pool and view were fantastic. Kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of beach and bath towels. We rented kayaks and it was an easy paddle out to sea for great fishing - we caught yellowtail, garfish and even a small bonnet head shark. We were able do some snorkling (lots of starfish) from the kayaks as well. There is a running/biking trail at the end of the road for those that are interested. We used it daily and it was a pretty easy ride to the beach and aquarium. Easy check in and out process, and managers are accessible by text. We would definitely come back and stay again.
