A haven of peace between the sea and the Cévennes Mountains, 25 minutes from Montpellier and the beaches, in a small village with all amenities.
This accommodation is attached to our house where we live.

Large 10 x 5 swimming pool, secluded from view, come relax with us and enjoy our beautiful region.

Ideal accommodation for 4 people, it measures 50m² on the ground floor and is completely independent (separate entrance). It offers all the comforts and is fully equipped with a swimming pool in a large garden.

The accommodation comprises:

• Living room overlooking the garden with a sofa bed, fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, microwave, etc.)

• Bedroom with double bed and large storage space

• Bathroom, toilet

Individual terrace in front of the bay window.
The pool is private and shared with us; opening times are to be agreed (but it's large enough to accommodate everyone).

You will receive all the essentials for your comfort and hygiene, such as bed sheets, towels, soap, shampoo.

Secure parking is available on our property.

Easy access from the A9 motorway.

Nous avons bien apprécié l'excellent accueil des propriétaires. Le jardin, la terrase et la piscine sont vraiment très agréables. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir pu y séjourner avec notre chat et d'avoir pu disposer aussi d'une place de parking à l'intérieur de la location et de 2 places aussi pour nos vélos.Nous avons juste regretté un peu qu'il n'y ait pas de porte pour isoler la chambre du Séjour-cuisine et que le réfrigérateur soit un peu petit ,même pour 2 personnes. Le salon de jardin en métal est joli, mais vraiment peu confortable et lourd à déplacer, et on a tendance à se prendre les pieds dans les pieds très écartés de la table ou des chaises. Un salon en plastique comme sur une des photos serait surement plus confortable et commode.L'endroit est effectivement calme et bien agréable pour des vacances au soleil avec piscine et jardin. Merci aux propriétaires pour ces ces 15j de vacances sans souci.
