Bright Downtown Studio on Artsy East Side

A bustling, prime location by many popular stores, bars, and restaurants and a 5 minute walk into downtown. The complex is right by a Snooze, Target, Wholefoods, and Juiceland. When visiting there really isn’t much need to go far!

The apartment has a studio set up with kitchen and private bathroom. Guests are welcome to the fresh towels, toiletries, and kitchen wares. A large dresser is available for storage and the room is brightly lit. Live plants and vivid colors reflect Austin’s fun personality.

I don’t have a TV or WiFi in the apartment, but my projector can be easily used by connecting the HDMI cable to any laptop with a port. I’ve also left my skateboard. Feel free to try her out!

Terrific stay at Maria’s Apartment! Highly recommend!

I had a terrific stay in Maria’s apartment in the east downtown Austin. Thee location was great plenty of restaurants and also close to a Target and Whole Foods. Maria was very responsive and there whenever I needed anything. The check in with the lockbox was convenient and keys were easy to use. The space and building was comfortable, safe and clean. Everything worked perfectly and the studio is tastefully decorated and furnished. It was also very walkable to nightlife on East 6th street. If your staying here for ACL it’s also walkable to the shuttles and a short Uber/Lyft ride away. I’m very grateful and lucky to have landed such a great host and place to stay as my first Vrbo experience! Highly recommend you stay here!
